Rachel took excellent care of a friend after her discharge from MGH. My friend was from out of town, staying with me during her recovery, and Rachel gave us the confidence and assurance that it was going well, calling the MGH docs, visiting twice a day to check on her and making sure everything was set before my friend traveled back home. Highly recommend.
