The owner/management, (Alex Katz and Mark Grossman) however, are among the meanest, most devious people I have ever done business with. The tactics used by them after a business relationship of nearly two years were devastatingly upsetting to my mother, nasty to me, and unreasonable by any measure; calling municipal EMT services, the Fire department, even police once, to involuntarily remove my mother from her apartment due to late payments caused by a financial institution. The management of Mom's building and even the EMTs were shocked to learn of the evil tactics, especially given our longstanding

Abbott Home Health Care made my handicapped sister's life joyful again. I can easily say mine, too. I'm not exaggerating. I am however very joyful!
After over a year of Covid isolation in a nursing home, where she got Covid, then finally returned to her group home in Brockton, in July..... of course it was brutal for her emotionally. We've all suffered, but an elderly mentally challenged person cannot fully understand why she is alone. It's been heartbreaking. This isn't unique unfortunately, but what Abbott did for us was.
I found out on a Friday afternoon she would finally be allowed outside

I want to thank Mark Grossman for the incredible response and concern for our daughter who was in a car accident last night. He began pulling together a team immediately for her home care which was especially difficult on a Sunday!

I am so glad that I was introduced to Abbott Care. The director Mark and his staff have been very helpful and want to make sure that the clients (and caregivers) are getting quality care. Christine is a playmate/caregiver for my

This 5-star rating is for the nursing and therapy (PT and OT) services which were outstanding. The nurses and therapists couldn’t have been more caring and compassionate. They were reliable, considerate, and genuinely wanted to (and did!) make a difference. I truly appreciate how they improved the quality of my parents’ lives. I can’t accurately rate the home health aides because it was variable depending on which one it was but I think that’s probably true everywhere, whether they come to the home or work in a skilled nursing facility. It’s not an easy job and the pay is not great so

My wife became disabled after cancer treatment. She was unable to get around without a wheelchair. She needed help with most daily activities.
We contracted with Abbott Care about 3 years ago. The aides were superb, they did more then just take care of my wife’s needs. They really cared for her and me. They even helped with house keeping.
Abbott’s office staff was always available to handle any change in requirements or scheduling. I had aides for 4 hours a day, that’s all insurance would pay for. But on occasion I needed 24/7 courage. For example I had surgery and was told not to lift

Toward the end of my mother-in-law's life, she needed almost around the clock care. It had been a difficult process for her closing up her private home to move to an assisted living apartment, but eventually she settled in, made new friends, participated in activities, and was quite happy in her new surroundings. Now in failing health, the last thing we wanted to put her through was another move, this time to a nursing home. Abbott Home Health Care came to the rescue!

I contracted with Abbott Home Health to care for my elderly mom, after she was discharged from the hospital and rehab, resulting from a pelvic break.
The intake process was thorough, and focussed on the comfort and safety of mom. The CNA staff were all well trained, and treated my mom with the utmost warmth, respect and professionalism. When I chatted with each of the staff members, they spoke highly of Abbott, as an employer, which made me feel even more confident in my agency choice.
As a result of my experience with Abbott Home Health, I have subsequently recommended them to a number of families
