We offer each of our clients a Client Services Manager, who coordinates services and schedules staff; and a Clinical Manager who makes home visits to assess, plan, and supervise clinical care, in addition to any of our staff you may need in your care plan. Our office always has a Manager On-Call ready to respond to calls anytime day or night.

I am a Geriatric Care Manager and have to take a moment to say thank you. This agency really cares & showed up for my family last minute. My aunt wanted to host my disabled aunt at her hotel for the night but had lost her usual caregiver. I called Advantage and Pam & Mary knew right away how to help & they did so enthusiastically telling me "This is the fun stuff!". I will be forever grateful for the support they were able to provide so my aunt could have a great time out of her nursing home for the day. If I lived closer they would be my go-to referral for home care any day of the week.
