Long before I ever thought about opening an agency of my own, I made a vow to my mother that I would never put her in a facility for her remaining days. Throughout the years the roles have reversed, where now I am caring for my mother as she once cared for me. We hired an agency to provide caregivers to service my mother around the clock.
Not only has this relieved me of any burden that could exist with caring for someone with dementia, but this has also kept her at peace during this stage of her life. I don’t usually write reviews but I have been through soo much this last year caring for my 2 elderly parents and the agony of trying to get decent health aides for them . When I finally was blessed to be connected with June ( manager ) of Paraclete my prayers were answered . He is the most caring & understanding young man which is extremely rare in this industry! He has worked relentlessly to find me the perfect fit for my 2 parents which was not easy ! This review is well over-due. My mother has been with Paraclete since December. This has been a transitioning period for us both to say the least. I've been working closely with June who is the manager. He's been AMAZING throughout this whole process. Being that this agency was the first agency we've ever dealt with the first couple days were bumpy and we decided to part ways. After 2 weeks elsewhere I realized we made a mistake. Great Agency to start a career. The staff was amazing , always wanted to help with a smile. Very professional and their hospitality was over the top. I will recommend everyone to go there and experience the same thing I did .
