I came in for a quick visit recently and wanted to note the incredible customer service I received from Monika and Dr. Jarret! Very friendly and incredible bedside manner from both individuals. Definitely refreshing to interact with folks like them in an urgent care setting. As a healthcare professional, I can't say enough about Cure Urgent Care on the upper west side.

Excellent experience from initial contact through office visit. I did a walk-in appointment and was taken care of immediately. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. My medical needs were taken care and I was provided a letter I needed for my work. Very pleased with the service and the facility! 👍👍

My kids are not big fans of coming to the doctor, especially my special needs boy can be very anxious. Each time I’ve been here it was super fast and I saw Dr Yana there she is so gentle and comforting with them. Explains everything clearly and step by step. She know what she’s doing when it comes to handling kids, especially for every parent with special needs kids. They even call to see how you’re doing in a few days. Now that’s A+ service and really showing care for they’re patients. It’s too bad I can’t make this place my kids new pediatrician because they only do urgent care

I was a 1st timer at the coney island location. It was quiet, clean & service was quick. I mean after all I was their very last patient to stroll in 1 hours before closing. All the staff were nice & I had a million and one questions & they answered all. Whatever service they did not provide they recommended elsewhere & booked the appointments for. Now that's the A1 service I like. During my visit, the doctor was very informative about all or any of my concerns and as she went on, she told me everything she was about to do to me before doing it. I give this location a 10/10
