We laid our first floors as Creations Hardwoods in 2015. Prior to that, Jeff Romero, Owner worked with his brother until breaking out on his own. Creations Hardwoods is a small, locally owned, hardwood flooring installation, refinishing, and restoration contractor. Jeff began working with his father as a boy picking up nails on job sites.

Creations Hardwoods has 100+ years of combined experience in custom staircases and rail systems. Not sure what you want? Perhaps we can help. Worried about falls? Not a problem! We use no-slip polyurethane on all our staircases for safety, increased UV protection, and additional hardeners to reduce scratches.

They may be all of the above with everyone else's experience however we had a different experience altogether. They initially came to our home on time and the gentleman who gave the quote was extremely professional, cordial, and polite, however everything after that went downhill from there. First they reneged on their capability to do our stairs and was rude about it when they told us. Second, they gave us an incomplete estimate for our floor levels, third, said they gave us an estimate on stair railings, which they didn't (and we didn't ask for), and then finally failed to show up to the second

Creations Hardwood did a phenomenal job sanding, staining and refinishing my floors, making over my staircase and installing LVP in my family room! Stacy was prompt in her communication! Nick is a real and rare craftsman in town who replaced completely our staircase and built a new mantle with surrounding tiles. From the beginning to the end he and his staffs not only worked diligently but also professionally. We are satisfied greatly with the looks and quality and highly recommend.

We hired Creations Hardwoods to refinish the hardwoods on our stairs and install a new handrail. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they did a great job on both! In fact, many of our friends/ family members have complimented us on the new look of the stairs. A few months after they completed the job, we had an issue with one of the boards on the stairs. The issue was not their fault, but we called Jeff to come out and take a look. He came out on a Friday afternoon and fixed the board and a few other items, absolutely free of charge. I highly recommend Creations Hardwoods for anyone looking
