Reagan and Krista are fantastic! We worked with them on a total remodel when we bought our new home, recarpeting the entire house. They ordered the carpet we selected, brought it all to our house and began installations. After completion of the first room, my husband and I simply did not like the carpet. I was sure I was stuck with something I didn't want, and had no expectations Reagan would be willing or able to help. How wrong I was! They took all the carpet back and fully refunded us!! My new carpets look and feel amazing. Reagan’s crew led by Bob were on time, polite, and efficient. The front office had a scheduling mishap, but Reagan worked with his front office and crew on their day off to fix the schedule. They went the extra mile to fix a mistake that was out of their control. I’m very impressed. Thanks to the whole company!

IQ floors is awesome. We had gotten some luxury vinyl planks from the in our previous house and had been very satisfied. So we made an appointment (Covid days) and went to the showroom. We wanted new carpet, and vinyl for the bathrooms. They patiently showed us all the options and gave us samples. A few of the samples we wanted were out of stock and they ordered them sent to us directly. We finally chose and made the order. We had wood floors placed in our home and working with IQ Floors was nothing but the best. They are truly on your side to make sure your happy with your choices and with them. We also had a paint spill down an entire flight of stairs and I called IQ to see what they could do. They matched my carpet so well and replaced only the stairs with again customer service that can't be beat anywhere. Truly fantastic people to work with. We had new luxury vinyl planking installed in December. It completely transformed our room. Nick and his crew were polite, efficient and did the job in less than 3 days. We had an issue with on plank popping up and they came back out and fixed the problem free of charge and in a timely manner considering how busy the company is. The pricing was competitive with other estimates we got and the customer service and experience was great. Definitely recommend them!

We used IQ Floors in our church...our fellowship hall was carpeted with a lush but tough as nails carpet, and our main education hall a wood look vinyl that stands up to hundreds of feet a week.
The whole process from walking into the store without a clue to the completed project was guided by an experienced team who steered us into right decisions about color, product, and installation.
They knew what would work and how to capture exactly the look we were seeking...couldn't be more pleased...and all with no second guessing from the congregation, very rare in a church!

I had engineered hardwood floors installed. Chad did an amazing job and if I had my own flooring business, I'd steal Chad from them. He started early, finished early and cleaned up the work site every day. He's also just a good dude; someone you can trust to do it right and give you good advice on options. My overall experience was excellent. I worked with Krista and she helped me find the right flooring and always returned my calls when I had questions. Reagan has a great team at IQ floors. I would highly recommend them.

We have used IQ Floors twice now and we couldn't be more pleased. The people are wonderful to work with - you feel as if you are getting personal, specialized service and really, I think you are! When we would call and just say our first name, they knew who we were!! Where else does THAT happen? Great price and quality installation. Reagan, Melanie did great on the sales floor and beat a competitors price by 25% without haggling. Mike was awesome on install, able to come a day early and knock it out. Wife said the crew was courteous, polite, and cleaned up well. Go here if you are looking for a great price, good group of folks and looking to support local!
