This is next to the physical therapy clinic and behind the QFC gas station. We will be able to allow entry to ONE masked person per family for any transaction at our new location. This means that if you are here to check in for an appointment, dropping off a pet for a procedure, or picking up medications, you are welcome to come in!

Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. My dog injured her paw while I was traveling, they were able to get her in on short notice and get her history from my regular vet.

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

They took amazing care of my very skiddish, anxiety ridden rescue. We even told them on the phone prior that our dog doesn't do well with men because he was abused by one so they made sure to mark his chart saying he was nervous around men. We he came out his tail was wagging and he's been such a happy boy since then

This place was great. We had called around to so many vets only to be met with "we'll call you back if we deem it an emergency" or straight to voice-mail. Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital answered immediately with kindness, acknowledged our concerns and got an appointment within the week. They called each time they got a cancelation to get our baby in sooner. These people really care about animals. It's not a cash grab for them. It's about the animals and their wellbeing. We will 150% be coming back with all of our animals. Thank you so much to the friendly and understanding staff.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chatterson at Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital to treat our dogs for years. He and his team are absolutely fantastic! Dr. C has a clear passion for helping animals and treats them with the love and sweetness anyone would hope for their pet, and he doesn’t try to pitch you any unnecessary treatments like many other vets (including some other vets at the clinic) tend to do. When my family had to put down my childhood dog of 14 years T.J, who was a long time patient of his, Dr. Chatterson and his assistant were incredibly kind towards us and showed us nothing

If you love your pet, don't come here! This is like taking your kid to an urgent care center.....they never see the same doctor twice, one doctor doesn't know what the other doctor is doing. On a personal note, we were having incontinence issues with our female. Tried one med, didn't work, tried another one, didn't work. The next step would be to adjust the dosage and/or do a combination med. I had to do all the research myself BEFORE I even called them for an appointment. Then, when I call and let them know the second med wasn't working (I researched and found you can adjust the dosage) the vet

They truly care about my pet family and work with my schedule. I have taken 3 of my cats to this location over the last 4 years. One was older, 18, and they worked with me tirelessly to help her towards the end and when she needed more care (emergent) they worked with me to get her to a 24/7 facility that could do more than they could due to hours and type of care. When she passed they sent me their condolences. They are just a thoughtful caring facility. I work shift work and they have been very good with working with me to make sure I had openings that could fit into my schedule. Very respectful
