Been going to this place before the new vet took over and I believe this place ripped me off 120.00 said it was my bill that's stupid we have always paid never had a balance with this establishment so I quit going there we needed dog meds and really didn't have the money for them but not going to let the dog do without her meds so I very reluctantly paid them to get the meds.

Changing the name of this place will not change anything untill they change the horrible management (Sabrina) the Manger recently told me that she can no longer service my dog because I mentioned I wanted to see a different vet for a second opinion on his skin condition that they couldn't figure out for 3 years of going. They put my dog on 2 expensive medications that he took twice a day every day for 3 years when I mentioned it wasn't helping they put him on new food, shampoo, vitamins, oitments nothing was helping I would leave the vet paying hundreds of dollors with a sick dog. After 3 years

They really charge me 60$ for no show. And they didn’t call me and no reminder sent .
I will never go back there , they almost kill my dog for neutering sergery
And they charged me way too much for that . Pay more and go other places.

In my search for a new forever vet for my dog after moving to Everett, I checked out this place. My dog had an ear infection I needed help with, and they were the vet that could get him seen the soonest (2.5 weeks out). I should have held out for quality and not speed. I arrived early and filled out all the paperwork. While filling out the forms, the two folx at the desk started talking badly about the customer before me, and making fun of him. Wow. Huge trust lost there . After 30 minutes we were brought in and the dog taken in the back for an exam. They agreed that he had an ear infection, but

Called Value Vet recently to make an appointment to treat my dog's kennel cough. Whoever was at the counter in the morning was very rude and uncaring. Asked me to send my dog to emergency when there is no need; the cough just started a couple days ago and it is not lethal. I asked them again if I can make an appointment, then they responded with an angery tone, refusing business. I told them I would need to hang up because of their disrespect, "Well SORR-Y." they said. I don't care if one of you guys are having a bad day, it's not right to act that way towards a customer. I am no longer visiting

I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and doctors here! They are very welcoming when you walk in and try their very best to accommodate everyone and their specific needs for their pets. Like every other vet clinic right now, there may be some wait time but it's definitely worth it for the care our pets recieve. Thank you guys so much for everything you do, me and my pets appreciate you!

Well it was expensive I don’t really care about the price for quality pet care, my issue was with the front desk woman who was disrespectful to another cat owner. I was really uncomfortable witnessing her wait for hours and then be treated poorly. After seeing the reviews I think it would be in the best interest of my animals to take them elsewhere before I have a bad experience and I suggest you guys do the same.

I wrote a review on Google couple months ago about this place and I'm pretty sure it's only gotten worse since. Stopped by to pick up my dogs allergy medication that my dog has been taking for 2 years. The price seemed 2 times more then what I usually pay so I asked the front desk lady about it right away got defensive and rude and kept repeating this is what u been paying. Definitely not what I have been paying. she with an attitude stormed to the back and changed my prescriptions to the regular dose and rudly rung me up. If they treat there customers that way can't imagine how

I brought my cat in after I noticed his shoulder was injured. The staff at Value vet were able to see him quickly and schedule an appointment to get him fixed up. He received quality care and the staff was very helpful answering questions for me. I will bring my pets back here anytime!

I brought my litter of puppies in here for their first check up and first round of vaccines. They check out healthy and we took them home with no problems. Two days later all four of my dogs are on their last leg literally waiting to die. I call the vet they told me to bring the four puppies in for a 170$ parvo test. They just got vaccinated for pavo and you want to test them for it? Then hang up on my wife when she asked for lawyer contact information. We understand how vaccines work that's why we asked why would a 170$ test be required for antibodies that where just injected in them 2 days

Highly considering switching vets after my last experience with this vet. This is supposed to be my main vet for my 1 and half year old male cat, I took him here when I got him as a kitten for his shots, neutering, and blood work. However a week ago my cat was experiencing a urinary obstruction later in the evening and could not urinate, and was starting to vomit everywhere. The only place I could take him since Value Vet was closed and it was an Emergency was the 24 hour Animal Hospital in Shoreline, everywhere else was at full capacity, closed, or had a 5 hour wait time and refused to see him

I have taken my kittens here before and they made me wait hours ..no joke sitting there when there was absolutely nothing !the first time I was ok,something else might be going on in the back ..but nothing no other pets were seen !!
Also every time I tried to call they would make me sit and wait and wait and wait on hold …I don’t recommend this place to anyone

The staff here is amazing! Shadie, Rebecca, and the rest of the team, are so helpful every time I call or bring my dog in. They truly care about my pup and take the time to explain things to me. As a first time dog parent, I call often, lol! Bring your pet(s) here, the services are affordable and and staff is great!

My family and I have been taking pets here for the past 15 years and have never had issues. In fact I was shocked about all the bad reviews I seen when I googled the number because that was never our experience.
I took my new puppy for a wellness check up and after checking in was given a room after about 5/10 mins. Very fast service unlike some of the current reviews mention. Also the young lady I'm assuming the receptionist who was checking people in was very nice.
This is where things went left.

I really wanted to give more stars but just couldn't. They desperately need to be staffed more. I understand with COVID things are challenging but the customer service has gone downhill. I'm sure the girls at the counter are doing their best, but being placed on hold for 30+ minutes is unacceptable. No one bothered to check in and apologize for the delay or anything. You just feel ignored. I'm in healthcare and if my patients have to wait, I make sure that I check in periodically to assure them they haven't been forgotten. The check-in/check-out process takes a long time as

The options and support not only I received but my animal received were of top quality care. They walked me through every bit of what was going on and what they wanted to do, I asked what they needed more (I couldn't afford both an x-ray and blood work) they told me they needed the x-ray more. We went ahead with that, within a few days the dr was back with me promptly and explained everything very detailed and knowledgeable way that I could still understand. I would highly recommend taking your animals here, the staff was caring and helpful aswell as kind and full of understanding.

I have used Value Vet Animal Clinic off and on for almost 10 years. I have never found a more caring staff. I rescue and work with animals with behavioral issues and they always treat them with so much kindness. I have had special needs cats and dogs in for surgeries and xrays and they always take such great care and are attentive to all the issues my pets have.

NO MASKS! RUDE!
Went in to get my dogs nails trimmed and when I picked him up the lady was not wearing her mask over her nose. She said something about it being too big... well they get a mask that fits. Its REQUIRED. And then a customer comes in with his bandana mask down on his chin and she says nothing.
Your lucky I am not reporting this. Not coming back here again.

Been going to this clinic for 15 years and boy has it gone downhill. After the last couple of experiences we will not be giving them any more chances. Something bad happened when ownership changed a few years ago. You'll note most of the positive reviews are from before the new owners took over. Used to be a great and affordable clinic. Do not recommend.

My family and I brought our very sick 18 year old dog there with the intent to have her euthanized because she was declining fast and it was very obvious to us she was suffering. After 18 years we knew her inside and out. She was blind, deaf, had a brain tumor, heart failure, seizures, and could barely walk anymore, on of her back legs had no strength in it anymore. The last few days she wasn't eating anymore and she had bloody stool. The vet very coldly stated that he would not euthanize her because refused and said "her body is still in good condition, I want her on her deathbed before

EDIT: After reading other reviews I will be finding her a different vet. It's clear this one has fallen on hard times but it doesn't look like they care to the same extent anymore. Due to a heavy background in animal care and nutrition I am no longer comfortable sending her here.
Took my dog in for a check up, she's a one and a half year old blue nose pitbull, and the vet said she's "too vocal" and even though they weren't bad vocalizations he said it "makes people feel unsafe because she's a pitbull".
The same vet told me the first time I brought

I have been taking all four of my dogs here for quite some time, and usually have excellent customer service. The staff is great and understanding, and take care of me every time I've brought my animals here. However, the customer service I got today blew my mind. I called because I was having issues getting prescription filled, despite paying the 10.00 fee associated with getting it filled. The man I talked to on the phone, Micah, was so rude to me I could not believe it. He was yelling at me, didn't let me get a word in, and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. wow. I have worked in the
