Today we're known as Elizalde Jewelry, Bakersfield's preferred jewelry store since 1994. They don't stand by their own work. They will tell you how amazing a deal and product you're getting when you buy but if something goes green, scuff, dirty or bent. Then it's your own issue. I bought three matching rings and all three bent within a week. They said it was solid gold but it was hallow. Stay away, it will cost you more to repair. Just go to a better place.

I broke my vintage gold nugget earring and was recommended by friends and coworkers to come here to get repaired. I took it in on (04/9/21) and was told it would be ready in two weeks.

I went to Mercado Latino to have my Necklace repaired and while waiting I stopped at Elizalde Jewelry counter. I received the BEST Customer Service from Armondo E., friendly, knowledgeable of the Watch Brand, and it's warranty. I saw this necklace on Twitter and I immediately fell in love! I searched on Facebook and messaged the seller if the necklace was available! I was in luck!!! I took my ring to get fixed and within like two weeks of having it the diamond fell off again. I called and let them know what happened i took my ring in and they were all very nice about it, they explained why it may have fell off again (and it made a lot of sense) i paid a lot to get it fixed the first time and they told me they would fix it again no charge and make 100% sure all the diamonds were set and not lose. I went to pick up my ring not long ago and omg it's beautiful. All the diamonds look sturdy and it looks nicer than when i brought it in! I'm so satisfied with their service

People beware of this place they say they are selling you 14k gold but in reality its not! My parents have spent hundreds if not thousands on jewelry at this place had it tested for it to only be 10k gold. And im sure they know what they are doing thats why they automatically give every one 60% off your purchase because its not 14k gold. Please go spend your money else where and get you some REAL 14k gold jewelry.

Horrible place! They have two shops inside Mercado Latino and each stand will give you a different price. If you MUST buy or sell from them go to the smaller one. The lady is nice at the smaller one. Went to sell my gold and the girl gave me a different price 3 times. When I questioned the fact that she gave me 3 different prices she got nervous and didn't even know what to say.
