If I could give this place 10 stars, I sure would. I had called a month prior and because it was a week before Valentine's Day, Pam was honest and said it would be very hard to get me in. I took their advice and waited. I decided to take a chance and walk in. The shop was busy but they took me in and repaired my ring ASAP. Thank you so much for your help.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received from a Jewelry store. They did a wonderful job resizing my ring, it was done within hours vs. days. Pam was so nice and knowable. She answered all my questions and was so helpful. She was very welcoming. They have a wide range of beautiful jewelry. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!

This is such a great place to buy jewelry and have repairs done. I have taken three watches and have the batteries replaced and it's very quick and easy. Also, I had taken my watch in to have some links removed and they did it for me without any charge. Both times I have went in, Pam has helped me. What a lovely person she is; professional, friendly and hospitable.

This is a family owned business and they treat you as such! From the moment you walk-in you feel welcome, valued and not pressured. The owners are very delightful and fair priced as well! Came in to get two of my husbands watch batteries changed and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
I was confused with the entrance since they had it locked, for security purposes. You have to ring a bell/push a button in order to get in. I found that odd since it's in a great area but you can never be too careful and I never hold that against businesses, regardless of the area.
They offer ring sizing as well, they sell great jewelry pieces and are friendly and helpful.

Alex did an outstanding job with my fiancé and my engagement ring! My fiancé walked into Rocco's clueless and terrified, and Alex soothed his nerves and created the most gorgeous ring I could've dreamed of.
Although we are moving from the area, we will definitely be making a trip back for our wedding bands. He's that great!!

I have dealt with Both Robert and Alex and they are both extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I've gone to Roco's for jewelry cleanings, repairs, to sell gold and just recently had them do a major custom design. I took 3 old rings in and with the help, imagination and skill that Robert offered, I walked away with the ring of my dreams!!! This place is amazing! My husband custom designed my engagement ring here with a man named Alex. 3 years later it still is in perfect condition and I'm really hard on jewelry. We went in to get my ring resized which Alex did for free. When we got back to pick it up Alex told us that they re dipped the ring too. Like I said all for FREE. We really love this place!
