Friendly or not, these guys are outright thieves. I put my brand new XBox Series S in here for two weeks with the controller and HDMI cord. Two weeks later when picked up, there was only the console in the box. When asked about it, they gave me an older version black game controller to replace the brand new one they stole from me. This should be illegal.
