Wow! Everything about this place is terrific. Awesome selection. Quality products. A variety of floors installed in the store to illustrate differences. The woman who helped us, Christina (I think), was an expert at not only flooring but also at customer service. Though I am not sure we'll end up contracting with Chappie's, I left with such a wonderful impression that I am sure I will recommend them for years to come. This place is the epitome of what it means to support local business and work with people who really know their stuff. We love Chappie's.

Chappie's Carpet was an absolute life-saver. They helped my elderly grandparents get a much needed new carpet in sight unseen, and they couldn't have been more professional and courteous.
