We just moved into a new build 6 months ago and hated the tile flooring (impossible to keep floors clean & extremely cold and hard) After reading all of Matt's reviews we made appointment with him to come to our home and give us options to make the change . His advice was LVT for numerous reasons , we went to his showroom and he had all the highest qualities to choose from , We picked Parkay organics white oak plank which had the most realistic and modern aesthetic we were looking for.
