What sets Conquest Drilling Fluids apart is the large team of senior engineers on our staff. When drilling a well, problems happen instantaneously and can become un-manageable rapidly. Something that is acquired only through years of experience is the ability to listen to the well and provide a proactive solution to the problem rather than a reactive one.
With an average of over 30 years of experience our senior engineers can accommodate any of your drilling fluids needs. We have a wide diversity of expertise both on-shore and off-shore, domestically and internationally. All of our senior engineers and a majority of all our field personnel have roughneck experience.
We develop a complete mud program based on an extensive library of off-set well histories. We look at your own special needs to formulate a program specifically for each well. The engineering managers will assign a senior engineer as the 'Team Leader' on the well-site. We hold an in-house meeting with the engineering manager, senior engineer and the relief engineer.
Maxim-100 is a water-based conventional polymer drilling fluid specially formulated with a high quality filtration control agent (ViChem C-300) to provide excellent well bore stability and shale inhibition. The degree of inhibition needed is tailored to the formulation being drilled. To create this unique blend the following proprietary additives are used.
ViChem L-10 is an organic based vegetable oil specifically formulated to perform as a lubricant, gumbo inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor. It is especially effective as an alternative to oil-based additives where environmental constraints preclude the use of hydrocarbon based chemical additions. Super L Lubricant is specially treated for better miscibility and ease of use in some water based fluids.
