Professional Auto Body & Paint Inc was established in 1997 when my father decided to open his own auto body shop after years of working in the auto collision repair industry. At the time, I was a middle school kid who always had interest in cars so my father would let me tag along after school and during summer break.
We specialize in auto collision repairs, except we do not work on grey market, classic cars, and certain cars that you cannot source parts. It's best to schedule an estimate appointment because there can be many variables to consider when seeing the car in person (depth of the damage, internal damage, type of paint, weatherization, etc.) so we want to provide the best estimate as possible.
The best way is to schedule an appointment if you need an estimate for an out of pocket repair. If you have an insurance claim, you can drop it off or we can tow your car immediately (per insurance). If further inspection and additional parts/repairs are needed, I will be contacted for authorization.

So glad I found these guys! One of the best shops in Portland. Everyone there is very personable and professional. People come from hours away because of their reputation.
All parts were on-hand and paintwork completed before they scheduled my repair. Car was promised within 24 hours, but was ready the same day.
I will never go anywhere else.

All I can say is I understand the five star rating!! They did an excellent job on my Mustang, and while there were some delays with the insurance company, Nancy was very communicative and helpful during the process, and my car came out amazing!! I will definitely be returning for my future auto body needs.

First time being in a motor vehicle collision. I was beyond impressed with my experience with this autobody shop. They orchestrated a car rental for me, scheduling them to pick me up and drop me off as work started and completed. In addition, the repairs were completed 5-days ahead of schedule. Hopefully I never have to go through a crash again. But, if you have I cannot recommend this shop enough.

First time at Professional Auto Body, and I'll definitely come back! Nancy was able to schedule me in right away for an appointment that week. The customer service, quality of work, and the setup of the waiting area in the shop are all excellent. They have a professional and friendly atmosphere, and they even offer free Red Bulls for customers!

Decided to go with Professional based on reviews and recommendations from friends. Nancy is extremely thorough with explaining how process is done from start to finish. I was able to drop my vehicle off, get a rental dropped off within 15 minutes, was able to pick up my car within a few days. The service was fast, the work done on our truck was amazing, overall was a simple process. I'd recommend Professional Auto Body & Paint to anyone looking for top notch work and customer service.

It was very easy to work with Professional Auto Body & Paint for my post-accident repairs. Nancy was fantastic at communicating with me, the insurance company, and the rental car company to coordinate everything. The shop updated me every step of the way, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on at all. They even upgraded to an OEM part (instead of the after-market part that the insurance approved) because they really stand by their work! Overall, great experience and I would 100% recommend these guys!

By far the best customer service. Communication was great and response time was immediate. They fixed a dent on my 2019 Charger R/T and it looks the same as when I drove it off the lot. Quality paint and products were used and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and will definitely be recommending to friends.

I had some rear and front bumper damage on my Subaru, and the damage was just an eyesore to continue looking at. Thanks Professional Auto Body &Paint, especially thanks to Anthony and Nancy for their great customer service. I am so satisfied with the perfect fixing of my car as well as the reasonable price for this fixing. My car got in an accident last week. The headlight was broken , and there was a huge scratch on the front bumper. I brought my car to the body shop and they replaced the new headlight as well as repainted the bumper quickly. My car was retuned in a perfect condition as a brand new car. The cost of fixing is reasonable and it is not high compared other auto body shop. I'm happy to be a customer
