Our mission is to not only provide you with the tools to take charge of your health by offering health care and relaxing and therapeutic massage services but also to provide you with all natural, rejuvenating, relaxing and pampering day spa services for amazing, beautiful skin too. All-in-one comfy spa setting and convenient Auburn, WA location.
Serendipity Wellness Center accepts most health, VA and Washington Community Health Plan insurances as well as all auto insurance PIP and 3rd party auto insurances. Please call our insurance coordinator Lisa at (253) 394-1466 prior to booking your first acupuncture appointment and provide your insurance information so that your insurance can be verified prior to your 1st appointment.
Our Massage Services are performed by licensed massage therapists. Our goal is to relax and indulge you with a Serendipity Therapeutic Massage or Relaxing Massage experience. Our therapist will bill your Health, Auto or LNI insurance for Therapeutic Massage.

I had my first Reiki appointment with Lalainya today. I cant say enough how great she is. She is very knowledgeable, her intuitive practices are spot on and you can feel her energy work. She has great insight and is friendly on top of it. The Spa center is beautiful and has a great energy. Highly recommend.

This is such an amazing place to go. The acupuncturist has been absolutely incredible. 3 years ago my husband was in a horrible work accident and he's been going to this place for 6-8 months, and the acupuncturist has been amazing to my husband. Shes gone above and beyond to help my husband. When it seemed like no one cared, or wanted to help my husband she was really there for him, and she has even seen him free of charge at times because she cares that much. We feel very blessed to have found her . She really is one of a kind with an amazingly big heart. So thank you Lisa for everything you have

Dawn was an ok massage therapist but was trying to work the insurance system in her favor. If you are going to get a massage by using your insurance I would not go there.
Update- As of 7/1/2019 I have submitted an appeal through my insurance company. I am waiting for the process to work itself out. Dawn still has not accepted fault.

There are several different types of spa treatments you can get done here my sister and I both got a 1 hour swedish message for mothers day and loved every minute of it!! All therapists are separate contractors based outta the one spa. the two we had were great. We will definitely return to try more of what they have to offer!!

Serendipity Spa and Wellness is amazing! Great service atmosphere great staff. Lisa keeps me healthy on the inside and out. She keeps my face looking young and refreshed. All of the people at Serendipity Spa have all been trained and just give excellent service. I encourage you to make an appointment and have a wonderful experience.
