My name is Zully and I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) intuitive energy worker. I use different techniques like Usui Reiki (Universal Energy) to help my clients find what resonates with them on the physical, mental/emotional, or spiritual levels, bringing balance to their entire self from a holistic point of view.
Shelley brings many years of experience to the massage therapy field. She specializes in relaxation massage with deep tissue techniques, shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, cupping and some sports massage. She especially enjoys offering foot reflexology treatments and has trained extensively in this field. Jackie Marie has been an LMT here since 2004.

Went in there to get a gift certificate at about 9:30 am. To my surprise no one was there when they were supposed to be open at 9am.
Was gonna spend $220 on a gift certificate for my wife, however If I can't count on these peeps to be open when they are suppose to, I'll take my business elsewhere. So should you....

I do not recommend giving this “spa” your business! There are many other better options in the federal way area! The owner and the office manager are completely rude! I had been a customer for a decade and came in for many different services over the years. I was treated so horribly by the office manager when they didn’t read the notes on my online booking. It’s a very long story and they were completely unjustified to treat me so horrible! It’s been a year and I still cannot believe how I was treated here! It was that bad!!! I promise you will find a better/nicer/classier spa than MFHDS

If they actually follow through and schedule the appointment that they tell you that they have scheduled you for, this place is great. Very capable therapists and relaxing atmosphere. They really seem to be in tune with what your therapeutic needs are. However, when you walk in on time for your appointment and they claim that you have no appointment, that is not very relaxing and your stress level rises and you leave with a big whole in your day where you thought you were to be having a massage. Frustrating. Recommendation - come here - they really are great. However, double and triple check appointment

I was injured in an auto accident while on the job. Massage therapy was recommended (6 sessions) by my doctor to be paid through L & I. I gave the girl on the phone my L & I claim number and she stated that she could not book my appointment until after L&I approved my claim (L&I told me that they could but that some businesses choose to wait). When my claim was approved, I called back and scheduled my appointment.
I chose this facility because it looked spa like and was close to home. I arrived excited, but when the receptionist (not smiling) asked me
