I placed an online order with After 11 days, I realized my order had not shipped, so I contacted the owner, and was told that 1.) They were not going to ship my order unless I fixed a review I left for the 4 YEARS AGO (which, by the way, is review extortion). Since it was a large order, and I needed it shipped promptly, I… jumped through all the hoops to edit the review. Once I took care of that, the owner then told me that what I had ordered WOULD NOT BE IN STOCK FOR AT LEAST 2 MORE WEEKS! How can you sell something that is not in stock? How can you not give that information to your customers

I have been doing business with Bead Wholesaler since I started my business six years ago.(when the instructor at a jewelry class I was taking introduced us) It's not particularly convenient for me to make the trip to their shop so I usually order online but when I can make it to see them in person, it always makes my day, as I am ALWAYS treated like family and ALWAYS leave with gorgeous new finds for my shop! This place is amazing. Have such a huge collection. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I learned a lot spending time here and will be going back to spend the day. Their prices are extremely good. I love their warehouse as it is so organized and it is wonderful to see and touch the product you are using.

Oh my God! I went to this store and those people are amazing! First, when I got there an employee told me that they only work by appointments, I don't remember seeing this in their website. He let me in anyway. I had to lock my purse in a locker and was told it is because people steal! First of all I don't know why the locker, they had an employee following me everywhere and stayed about 5 inches from my face! I was so uncomfortable I could not think straight. There was no smiles, no encouragement to buy, if I would asked him a question, he would only answer that question

They are very short on the phone.

Here's a tip... When a new customer with a high traffic business in doctor phillips calls to ask about your shop, you should be interested in getting to know them & help them. Sound interested
Not hurry them off the phone, telling them you need to spend $100 to even be able to check out their products.
I could of spend thousands in this store tostock my shop.
But I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I visit this store a few weeks ago while on vacation. Everything there was awesome. I was looking for a small shop but I was surprise this store had more things than I imagine. The staff there was very helpful and I assured them that I will be ordering online once I get back home.

The owners and employees at Bead Warehouse are so helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. They let us visit the showroom and helped us with all of our questions. They offered suggestions and hints and guided us through the entire process. We're hooked. We'll be back...many times.

Best place to buy beads! We went to check it out while we were visiting Orlando. They were very helpful and accommodating. They have a huge selection of beautiful high quality beads, chains, pendants, and tools at excellent prices. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Being a small business we want to keep all our purchases within a few businesses and build a partnership. We have been coming to beadwholesaler for about two years now and as of today we regretfully closed our account with them. To start off, the shop is very secure and already takes extreme precautions to prevent theft. The employees are very… friendly and helpful. However, the owner, which is the main reason we decided to move our business elsewhere is very unprofessional. Came here to purchase some pendants with my cousin and honestly it was the worst experience ever! As soon as we rang the bell a lady opens the door very slightly and says we don't take walk ins. I asked for the owner and she comes by and rudely asks me if I had $100 to spend. Mind you I was willing to spend alot more than that but the vibe she gave me put me off of wanting to purchase anything. As soon as we walked in she rudely tells us to put our bags and everything in the lockers and treated us as we were criminals. Worst customer service experience of my life! I would rather spend more
