My wife and I live in a beautiful, ninety-five year old center-entry colonial home in Beverly. In our twenty-nine years here we have done much to keep the house and property in excellent condition. We just had a Mitsubishi Mini-split system installed by Nick and Dave.
They were friendly, professional, and very informative. They were efficient and very neat. Once they left, we wouldn't have known they were even here, except of course, that we had a new AC unit and it was about 87 degrees that day, so we were very happy. I would highly recommend Seashore Comfort Solutions.

On one of those very hot Monday mornings upon arriving to our office and the air conditioning was not working. The real estate agents in my office highly recommended I call Seashore Comfort Solutions and by golly, they were there in 10 minutes. Thankfully, the next morning it was in working condition.
