I was in a bind when all of a sudden, my furnace stopped operating one cold evening. I emailed and left a voice message for Jamie. He responded shortly thereafter that he would be at my home in the morning. Jamie searched for the problem and was quite diligent in his eliminating one cause after another. His determination led him to the biggest problem in a boxed-in area of the basement after correcting two other faulty issues. Jamie was knowledgeable about boilers and how they operate as well as taking temporary steps to ensure that some heat would be available until replacement parts were available
