CMC - Construction Management Corporation was founded in 1990, in Dallas, Texas to provide construction management services to third party clients. After several years as a successful business, CMC eventually evolved to become a full-service commercial real estate development company. At this time it was appropriate to change the name of the company and thus in 1995 the present day CMC - Commercial Realty Group was formed.
Since 1990, CMC Commercial Realty Group has developed over ten million square feet of warehouse, retail, office, and multifamily projects meeting a broad range of user and investor needs. As a boutique firm with experience across several building types, CMC professionals understand the many challenges and complexities of commercial real estate development.
