Worked for these idiots once. Worst decision ever as the money hungry owners always put themselves 1st. Taking lavish vacays and living it up while this location denigrated and still remains in a state of decay to this day. Never mind the penny pinching of hours, No work then Go home… Pulling in 20-30 hours in a 2 week period…On Holidays…Sleezy right? And then there were the Scams...it's how they work.. no ethics. They prey on elderly people and write up ridiculously inflated, illegal funeral contracts...buyer beware. Save your whiskers and hope these guys are never in charge of the cremation

Our family made arrangements while out of town which was very stressful on top of the loss of our father. Ric Brown’s staff was over the top. They walked us through the process. Showed the final products for the prayer cards, book markers, flowers, and worked with us on the additional expenses. They made a very sad and stressful event into something simplistic. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Tim Brown and Ruben really were great throughout the whole process. My family to say the least was not easy to work with but these gentlemen made it possible for me to be able to stand good by my grandfather. Thank you 🙏🏻

My Mom's funeral here was an absolute disaster. So disappointed with the administration part in handling her insurance. For one,, They NEVER answer the phone or Emails!! That would be "Cindy" . Too bad we share the same name. Ugh... Mrs. Kathy Brown was sweet and seemed compassionate at the beginning.,but also gives you the run around and does not communicate with you thoroughly. She reels you in and then forgets about you . I have to say funeral director Ruben and guy who does videos and pictures were very professional and made things more comfortable for us on day of Funeral. . I would think

My Uncle, who was a life-long Mission resident, passed away unexpectedly in December of 2020. His next of kin, my dad (his brother) and I are from out of Town/State which compounds the entire process of taking care of a loved ones arrangements/estate. Then top all of this with COVID-19 going on, it could have been a disaster. Kathy Brown and her staff at Ric Brown Funeral Home were beyond compassionate and helpful. The person that picked up my Uncle called to tell us that his body was being taken to Ric Brown Funeral Home and made sure we were at ease that everything would be ok. He made sure we

Your guidance and sincere expressions of sympathy to each of us is genuinely appreciated. The extra measures of assistance you and your staff provided for us will not be soon forgotten. I am amazed at your patience as we stumbled along. You shared our grief and, without judgement, allowed us to express it in our own ways and on our own schedule. You know the meaning of Family. You truly demonstrated the meaning of Family Funeral Home. All the Browns are now a part of our eternal Family.

Only reason I put this is so many negative comments and reviews was thinking of going there to do my own arrangements and start like a payment process just in case but I don’t like if the staff will have no respect. Guess L& I Funeral Services is where I’m headed. Thanks for posting Facts.

Ric Brown Funeral Home handled the funeral of my father. My contact was Alex from the Mission location. Alex was very unprofessional throughout the handling of the funeral. He first called me and wanted me to relinquish my rights as I was the beneficiary to my father’s pre burial insurance plan, so that my farther’s new wife could handle all the arrangements. He had already wrote up all the paper work under her name. I had many questions for him and he was not very helpful and at times came across as rude and condescending. To say that customer service is not his strong suite is an understatement

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible staff.
I do not want to hear phone calls or videos playing from the office while I’m mourning the loss of a family member.
Definitely did not appreciate that the guy from the funeral home was talking and joking around during the service at the cemetery. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Disgusted with the people who work there
