Hawkins Funeral Home in Donna ,Tx is very disrespectful of my family.
After waiting 4 weeks for the death certificate I call to find out they have been in their possession and never contacted the family.
Then 2 separate occasions I was told they shipped the certificates Fed ex only to find out they lied on both occasions .
This is unacceptable .
The estate can't be settled until a death certificate is in hand.
They know this but still chose to disrespect my family.
From my personal experience I would strongly advice you contact another Funeral home for your family needs.
