As a first time owner in the US, what I needed the most was support from a property manager, and support was something that Bluesky, and especially Mr. Belsky, did not offer. It was really difficult to reach him whenever I needed something, either through phone, text message or e-mail.
A lot of times I was the one to report the property manager about problems with the unit, or the tenant, when I thought being aware of these issues (and let me know if needed) was part of his job. Even when it was time to renew the lease, it was hard to reach him.

I was hoping I could write a completely good review, however there are definitely pros and cons to this management company.
Pros: some people in the office are responsive, the app allows for rent payment and maintenance requests to be submitted with ease. Will help change your lease if some circumstances change.
Cons: It can take a long time for maintenance to actually be completed. My dryer was broken for two months, and I just had to keep trying to track down the company they use to fix such items, and they are very slow. My biggest con is the move out inspection process. Quite a few items

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I've been renting from them for a few years now and they are always helpful and responsive to issues I have. I see a lot of negative reviews but I don't think people understand that a lot of the time their hands are tied in what they can and cannot do. I will continue to rent with them and recommend them to my friends and family.

I have rented from several different PM companies in Celebration, and this is by far, the BEST! They are very responsive to service issues and try to get things fixed as quickly as possible. They even brought me several portable A/Cs when mine broke and it took a few days to pull permits to get a crane for replacement (our A/C units are on the roof). They have always responded to me within the hour when I send in a service request and always keep me up to date as to what is going on with fixing the issue. I would highly recommend renting from them (or hiring them as an owner).

Our time with Blue Sky was wonderful.Our family has moved a number of times before, oftentimes internationally, so we know what is to be expected from a good, reliable company, and Blue Sky is the embodiment of all of our highest expectations. In the 4 years they accommodated us as a tenant wonderfully. Blue Sky provided us with pleasantly accessible service whenever we had issues, even on the weekends they were able to solve our maintenance issue. On day one we walked into our rental home completely flooded because they didn’t maintain the A/C unit. Property managers? They can’t even manage an A/C unit in one townhouse. And to be completely honest.....it hasn’t gotten any better.

Love the response from you guys! 27 issues in 2 years, you should probably maintain the house a little better, as we’ve complied with every task handed to us by the owners of the home. How many of those 27 issues were repeat jobs because you didn’t get it right the first time

Horrible experience!!!! The worst management company I ever meet.
The make a lot of promise and later on is not where to be found.
Several issues in my rental and now they charge me $21 for an A/C filtre that really worth 7!!!!
The first tour was giving by the owner crazy that we offered that service complimentary and now he don’t recall.
I can’t wait to move out, I feel very insulted.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM - THOMAS BELSKY AND BRYAN CANTRELL WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!! They were fantastic when they were waiting for our money. Then hate and threats and accusations started. Complete nightmare. BLANKET REFUSAL to fix ANY maintenance issues except absolute emergencies. They won't trim the hedges at our property that are dangerously leaning over, they won't clean the windows, won't fix paint chips in the stairwell, refuse to fix the broken parts of the swimming pool that could be dangerous as it’s sharp plastic, a large tree in the back yard
