Serving a 3-Day Notice: 3-day notices are served to those tenants who have not paid their rent by the deadline outlined in the lease agreement. Serving a 7-Day Notice: 7-day notice is served to tenants who are violation of their lease agreement (Failure by the tenant to keep the care of the lawn, getting an unauthorized pet, HOA Violation's, or any Violation of the lease.)

As a landlord things went great in the beginning with Alex. But after signing up for property Management services and got assigned to someone else is when I lost the great communication I was promised. Maintenance issues were never communicated properly and questions went unanswered. Unfortunately, this company doesn't know common business courtesy. They will never admit fault. Do yourself a favor and find another company and make sure you get to meet with the person who will manage your property before you sign any papers. I felt like I got the bait and switch. If you do decide to go with this

They were not up to my standards. I also had a stroke. They manage my property. I was in hospital and couldn't get back with them. They charged me a fortune for installing new carpet without my approval. Carpet install is hardly an emergency.
I had many other bad experiences. I'm glad I got rid of them. Maria the owner rarely returns calls

This management group is one of the worst I have had in my experience of renting properties. They do not help the tenants residing in the properties. They rob peoples monies with their late fees, their posting fees, etc. Most days they take days to respond to your calls or texts and when asking to meet with them in the office about important matters they decline or ignore you. TERRIBLE.

We have been renting a property managed by Allegiant Management Group since January 2016 and I have never worked with such an unprofessional property manager. Just to rent the place my husband and I left several voicemails/emails and didn't hear back from him, that should've been a sign! We randomly dialed extensions until someone else answered and this other person handled EVERYTHING! I have been very pleased with the property management service I have received from Maria N., currently as the owner of Allegiant Management Group (AMG) and previously as a broker with Advanced Management Specialists (AMS).
