I seen a rental home that I liked on trulia.com and was contacted by Kim Cochrane to schedule a tour for the home on elitepropertymanagement.com while browsing their site I seen another home that I loved even more and scheduled a tour. Along came my 18 year old nephew and my 9 month old son. Before going into the home, Kim Cochrane states “Do you want to leave the baby outside with him? (My nephew) People usually don’t bring their babies.” Very rude and first red flag. Families go to see homes together all the time? Second red flag I was rushed through the tour after 10minutes of looking
