If you’re a man looking to divorce and think you can get justice and hope through a female lawyer, look elsewhere. I wasn’t sure who she was helping, because it certainly wasn’t me and I’m still reaping the repercussions 20 yrs later. I would never recommend Small unless you want to lose and sway the court decision to the opposite side.

Mike Lee was my attorney. He went above and beyond to resolve a long custody battle.
I had a history of addiction and because of that my son's mother was unwilling to let me be part of his life, despite years of sobriety. Mike was very knowledgeable, realistic, trustworthy, understanding and professional and did an excellent job showing the court that I am now a responsible member of society.

What an extremely knowledgeable and experienced lawyer, Mike is. He helped me tremendously sort out some very difficult divorce issues when my ex decided he wasn’t going to support his children. He truly understands how to interpret the laws and has the ability to explain them in a clear and concise manner. The other impressive part of this firm is they are mindful of costs. Peggy helped me with a difficult family case that I had used 4 previous lawyers on over the past couple years, and I achieved the best results with Peggy so far. Peggy was and is by far the most competent and confident family lawyer I have used. And for a small fee of FREE, she also wrote a letter for me in a separate custody case and gave advice, and I used it and court the following week and I got custody of my other child without her needing to represent me for that case! AND SHE DID IT FOR FREE!
