Bob Juniper started his career at a young age, 15, in 1973. Working for the family business during high school, upon his graduation, he went on to become a master certified technician. At 65yrs old I was in my 1st car accident. I was in my brand new most loved Bronco Sport. My uncle once told me if ever need a car fixed and He couldn’t do it for me to take it to 3C. He is retired now, but that is exactly what I did. They guided me through everything. They calmed me down. Took over dealing with the insurance, sent me forms, the estimate and pictures.Even went above and beyond by covering the blown out back windows just to make me happy, even though they knew my Bronco was totaled. I won't lie, the experience started off pretty rocky. But Matt quickly rectified the situation and between him and Jessica, they took awesome care of me! Props to them! I brought my car in for an estimate only. I had peeled a decal off and it removed a small section of clear coat. Estimate man came out with me and evaluated. He wrote me an estimate, and I told him I'd wait and have it fixed in the future because I could not afford the paint repair.
His manager comes out of the office and wants to have a look for himself. He comes back in and asks for my keys, to see if he can wipe the damage off with goo gone, I tell him it's not glue residue but clearcoat damage, and he wants to look anyway. He brings my car back with scratches from a sharp object

Although the vehicle was a total loss they worked with me in removing after market accessories and thoroughly thought about every way to make the vehicle road worthy again. It was an untenable situation that they put full effort into. In the end the frame damage just could not be overcome economily and they where very honest and attentive.

I was involved in a car accident and was looking for a body shop that had high reviews and was also a Toyota certified shop. They came and towed the vehicle to the main shop and proceeded to work on an estimate and repair. Everyone I had contact with was so kind and thorough. My sister and I went to three c after she had an accident that wasn't her fault. Matt greeted us at the door , from the moment we walked in , we knew we were in good hands. Matt brought my sister coffee and calmed her down as much as he could. He walked us through every step of the way. He found her a rental , when it was virtually impossible for us to find one because availability was a week out from enterprise. Matt is resourceful and knows his job . I was very pleased at the attention to detail that was given when doing the repairs. To the naked eye it didn't look as though there was much damage done as I was hit from behind at 10 mph. When they took the bumper off, much to my surprise there was alot more hidden damage than the inexperienced could see. Three C could've very well just took the old bumper off and slapped a new generic one on and called it done. Instead, they took as long as they needed to ensure the the bumper was replaced and the interior damage also was replaced or repaired. You can't even tell I was ever hit!

Horrible experience with Three C. I had to wait a week for an appointment after my wreck because that was the first they had. I was promised a rental car would be waiting for me to take home that day. I drove 40 mins to Three C. They were a disorganized mess. Did not have a rental car ready for me. Had not talked to the claims adjustor for the upcoming repair. I own 2 businesses with over 30 vehicles. I was taking in my personal vehicle this time but I will never be taking any of our trucks to them again. This was the worst experience ever! Worst place to take your car!! They kept my car for around a month, only to deem it a total loss, now they are charging storage fees from the date the car was dropped off. Total scam, if you have the car on a lift, how is this considered storage? Now I know why no one would return phone calls, the longer they had it, the more they would charge for this "so called storage". I would call every other day with no return phone calls!!

Scam alert! I wish I would have read all these Yelp reviews prior to going to three c. I came in for an initial estimate. They took my perfectly running car dropped at north high location, towed it to the Briggs location and billed me for it. I was even told by former employees that Ricart Ford stopped selling parts to three c because they would buy parts, show the receipts to the insurance company to bilk them, then use used unsafe parts on cars. Perfect scam. Bob juniper and Kevin Durst are more concerned about making money.

I enjoyed working with Three-C when my car was hit and their insurance was paying for the damages. Initially, I felt they were a bit eager to have me use one of their rentals and not go to Enterprise as suggested by the insurance company - but I later found out that that was a blessing! The cost it was going to take to repair my car was more than double the value of my car, but Kevin and the entire crew were determined to find a solution to save my car! And they did just that! I will never deal with them again. Took my car in for a dent and they ended up totaling it and didn't tell me until they had it for over a week and me calling and emailing everyday during that time asking what in the world was going on. They were great at first and so nice until I signed the paperwork and then after that it was hard to get an answer and then they refused to let me come get my car back.
