Dropped off my jeep to get repaired at the 5580 Ulmerton Road location the repair went well and had a rental car for the duration of the repair . Returned the rental car and picked up my jeep the back senses are not working correctly should’ve been tested also when I returned the rental car I left a pair of my sunglasses in there I called the following day to ask them about the glasses and no one knows what happened to them , so they just disappeared . Running a big business like that it’s a shame that you have people that steal and don’t return someone’s personal property . A nice pair

Crash Champions were VERY excellent in their timing, professionalism everything. There was no concern. They fixed my bumper and even took old paint off my van! It was not expected but I am so grateful with how fast they handled my vehicle. It’s like brand new !! Thank you guys 💜 I appreciate everything you guys did for me

So pissed off. Who gives you back a broken key and taped together and glued together with CRAZY GLUE ? CRASH CHAMPIONS OF CRESTWOOD. Poor work and full of retractions. After an accident GEICO insurance pointed this shop out as their partner. He whole experience started off great. Unfortunately for me did not end well. I had some pre-existing damage to the left part so of my car..and asked them to provide me with an additional estimate to repair that portion since it would be in the shop. Verbally RAOUL said they "would clean it all up" I signed off that there was pre-extisitng scratches

Just had a side mirror replaced on my 2020 Traverse. The team at Total Body did a fantastic job! The needed part came in much quicker than expected and they took great care of my car. Had it fixed up in a day. Got a bonus car wash and vacuum too! Outstanding customer service! If we ever need our cars repaired. we will definitely be taking them here!!

Bright my car here because The passenger side rear panel had fallen off and the front passenger door and fender panel was missing clips with missing being the key word. They ordered the clips and put the clips on. The panel was not loose at all when I picked it up from them. Now it's loose and there is glue where the clips are. They're saying they put the clips on not the glue someone must've come behind them and redid it and broke the clips then glued it. They repaired it in October it's the first of p August that's less than ten months of they did it right the first time

I was very impressed by Crash Champions of Crestwood. My car needed repair after I was rear ended. The other driver's insurance company sent me to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and seamless everything was. I appreciated the rental car being right there for me and the simple check in and check out process! They even gave me a beautiful rose when I picked up my car- said it was something they like to do for their customers!

I had a GREAT experience here. A driver damaged my vehicle and his insurance company sent me a list of collision auto repair shops. I was not familiar with any of them and chose Crash Champions based on their Yelp reviews. I am sooo glad I did. After reaching out to the insurance adjuster, a representative from Crash Champions reached out to me. I dropped my car off the following day. The staff was VERY friendly and a rental car and representative was there awaiting me; PERK. After I was rear ended, my first phone call (after calling and sobbing to my husband, of course) was to our insurance, Geico. They directed me to take my car to Crash Champions, which I did the next day. I couldn't believe how smoothly the process went. Geico actually has an employee on site at all times. (Hey Rachel! You're awesome!) From talking to the guy who was assessing my car, I learned that Crash Champions also works closely with State Farm.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I dropped my car off Monday morning and they notified me via text that my car was finished late Monday afternoon. I went to pick up my car the following day, Tuesday, and when I arrived, but before I went in, I examined the repairs they had done as my car was parked outside. Please keep in mind that my repairs were very minor in nature (only a $1200 estimate) and really only involved two things, my passenger side mirror and my front passenger fender/bumper.

This is a very clean and professional shop. My car was hit while parked and had tons of cosmetic damage. it came out looking like new. They kept me up to date with the progress and worked with my insurance and rental car company to make things easy.
Only two problems happened. When all was done, they called me to pick it up, but it was not ready when I arrived. They tried hard to make up for it and were very apologetic. It was nice to know they cared.
They also somehow disabled my car's alarm system, as I discovered after driving out, but they were able to get it fixed the very next day

Unfortunately, this used to be a good shop, but it seems things have declined since the name change...
Another vehicle slid into my car in the snow, damaging my driver-side front and back door. I selected Crash for the repairs, as I previously had excellent customer service and body work completed on my vehicle.
While the work was being done, I received a bunch of random text messages with information regarding the estimate that did not match the corresponding phone calls I received.

While at work at car backed into mines and left a horrible dent. After waiting months to fix it, since it happened right before winter, I became afraid of making any cosmetic repairs because I know it could happen again, I decided to go with a repair company though my insurance. I am so happy I decided to go this route. This is a great repair shop. The customer service is great, and they were able to tell me how long it would take to fix my car. My dent was removed and repainted by the next day!

Geico directed us here after we had a school bus driver pull out in front of my wife on Cicero. Crash Champions is a CRP shop with Geico and we wanted to make sure we went to a place that they recommended. This shop and everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty to get our Suburban back to us in less time than they thought it was going to take. Cameron the Geico adjuster was very easy to work with and the people at Crash Champions were fantastic. Highly recommend this shop and they have our business for life.
