Our Prius had a close encounter with our mailbox at the end of the driveway. There was no body damage, but there were deep, wide scratches over several panels. The quality of the repair is excellent -- however -- the repair was scheduled for 4 days and actually took 8 days, and the total cost was raised because of extra time needed for polishing (related to their issue with applying the three-step paint). After what I was sure was going to be a costly insurance claim, requiring a new bumper and grill, Jay was able to reattach the existing parts of my Accord quickly and easily. I panicked and thought the worst, but Jay assured me, it was not as bad as it seemed. I'm so incredibly thankful for not only the great work A-1 has done and the headache they saved me, but the kindness I was shown by the staff. Jay absolutely saved the day (and my wallet). I can't even express how happy I am with the repair done on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport Coupe. Awful customer service. Spoke with Brandon on the phone and he made it clear that I was getting on his nerves with asking questions. Further, when I let him know I wasn't comfortable with how different his answers were in comparison to another employee at A-1, he was very clear in letting me know he didn't care what my perception was. Really sad because they seemed like a decent place.

I needed a some welding repair, just a small job. Stopped in to inquire & they were friendly said no problem, will do it. I Said needed it done within 4 days if possible. Within 8 hrs, I receive a call that it was done.
This says ALOT as it was not a big project that they would make some good money on, but they still took the time to work it in & repair it.
1st time I used the shop, gladly will again when in need!!

I came in to get some repairs on my 2016 Ford Escape. I received a quick and honest estimate from Ben about a week ago but came in to get a few more photos for the insurance company. After communicating my needs for the car's repair, Jay (I think) was able to just fix my key repair by hand and a handshake. That's an honest relationship and earned my trust for my future car needs. Our car was hit and while researching insurance approved shops, I saw the reviews here on Yelp for this place and it seemed like the place to go. Never have we regretted a decision more. They had our car for over 5 weeks and then returned it to us in the worst shape ever. There was a dent at the gas door that was visible, the bumper just below the tail light looked like someone had used a screwdriver to pry off the tail light (which was NOT damaged in the accident) and the clear coat was completely warped. Today, I brought my truck into A-1 for an estimate. Unfortunately, my door is dropping due to weak hinges and apparently, bad manufacturing. (I guess that's why Japanese trucks are outselling American trucks!)
Bob assisted me right away. He was very pleasant and allowed me to interrupt his paperwork to take a quick look at my problem. His advise was very sound, yet expensive. I'm not saying his rates are expensive. It's just that I don't want to pay several hundred dollars to fix something on such an old vehicle. That's my problem, not theirs (or yours).
