I picked up a nail in my tire on Saturday evening. I drove in right when Troy Auto Care opened and they started working on the tire right away. They have a great customer lobby with tons of places to charge up electronics and a cappuccino machine. I wouldn’t have minded staying there for a few hours but they had my tire patched and ready to go in 20 minutes. So lucky to have them so close to home. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

One of the worst mechanic shops around. We took my wife's care up there to get an oil change an alignment and her fluids checked and her headlight fixed. She dropped it off on Friday at 11 am and has not heard back from the shop and it is now Sunday and they are closed. She was given no update on the status of her car or even when she could pick her car up. We are now down to 1 car and I work in the morning and she works in the afternoon so she will not be able to get to work thanks to this place. I am never recommending this place to anyone and if anyone asks how this place is I will tell

I recently broke down at work and troy auto care sent out rich to tow me from clawson Michigan to my home in port Huron. He was very professional and took better care of my car then most the tow truck company's around have. I highly recommend them for your towing needs!

This is my first experience with Troy Auto Care and I could not be more pleased. Very professional from start to finish from prioritizing an appointment, resolving the issue in a timely manner, and having the expert mechanic discuss the entire process/outcome personally with me. I also asked and received quotes on several other pending engine issues, which I received promptly from a mechanic who personally discussed all the pros/cons of options and costs for resolving. I intend to use this firm for all of my future car servicing needs.

Troy Auto Care is the only place I will take my vehicles. I called for oil changes on 2 of my cars. Christy was able to schedule me so I could bring one, and then switch when it was done, so I was not without a car. When I dropped the first one off, they explained the type of oil each one needed and what the manufacturer’ recommendations were. They also wrote up both cars so it would be a quick switch. We have taken 3 cars in to Troy Auto Care recently and they have been so professional, thorough and honest. They know cars inside and out and even can work on our 1989 Bronco, which is hard to find care for. Btw, we found Troy Auto Care when we broke down on the road and one of their tow truck drivers stopped to see if he could help! Great to work with!

Unfortunately very unreliable. We had a good experience with this shop on our initial appointment. Though they did fail to call with an estimate, we felt the price they asked after the service was done fair so did not comment on it. We scheduled a followup appointment for additional work. It was mistakenly put in as the same work as the initial service. They kept our truck for two days before Jeremy called to let us know he would not be able to complete the scheduled work. They were overbooked, had another truck on the lift, and blamed the way the appointment was put in. He let us know the

Great service, plus they are fast and affordable. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. They diagnosed my car in about an hour and had it ready two hours later for rear brakes service. It was very quick, and I was able to get on with my day. I am also happy with their quote, it was the cheapest of 3 places I shopped around for. I will definitely come back when I need more services done. Couldn’t ask for a better way to make my maintenance a no-brainer.

I love Troy Auto care! They're trustworthy, give you value for your money, and get the job done well. I don't have to keep going back to get a problem fixed or feel like they didn't help me. I have recommended them to everyone I know and they love Troy Auto too. They definitely outshine their competition and their advantage is their trustworthiness and price. Not a fan of this place. Had some work done to the front end and upon picking up my vehicle the driver's side area was filthy--I mean disgustingly filthy. The tech that worked on my car was a walking dirt ball from head to toe. It appeared he hadn't taken a shower in weeks. So our steering wheel, interior door handle, seat and center counsel was smudged with grease. They attempted to clean but not to satisfaction. Owner who was deer hunting promised to make it right but repeated calls not returned. Additionally, the work they performed on outer tie rods was suspect as one year later they

The battery in my Equinox died last week. We waited until we could jump it ourselves to see if it was really dead or just needed a jump (maybe I left my lights on). But nope, it was just dead. I called AAA and they sent out Troy Auto Care to my home within an hour and they called before coming to make sure they had the right battery for my car. Kyle was who helped me and he was great. So friendly and no pressure to buy from him. He came out, tested my battery for free, confirmed that it's dead (it's 5-6 years old, so it was time), and said he could have a new one installed in 10 mins

I called AAA roadside service and Troy Auto Care was dispatched. The young man who assisted was prompt and very helpful under difficult circumstances. We could not start a handicap van and my wheelchair bound mother and her friend were in the vehicle with me. While pulling up to run diagnostics the service vehicle ran into the back end of the van with us inside. He quickly checked for damage, I was told there was none and let it go. We were focused on getting my mother back to a safe place and the dents went unnoticed until I picked the van up after they replace the starter.

Triple A sent Troy Auto to help me with a dead battery. Bruce called when he was on his way, identified the issue and got the battery replaced quickly. Appreciated his help and his professionalism, he had a good personality to boot. I've been going to the dealership for maintenance work but based on my experience with Bruce will switch to Troy Auto.

Today I had my second service at Troy Auto Care. I had the alternator changed a couple of months ago and they did a great job. Today I had the battery replaced. While changing the battery, they noticed a tire was low, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. I will definitely be coming back!
I've also had them come to the house to jump my car. Each time the technician was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with my car and needed a tow (so I thought). I called AAA and these guys were sent out. Zach was here on time and instead of just towing my car to the dealership, took the time to ask me what was wrong. He felt it was most likely an electrical/battery issue rather than the throttle control switch which was the warning light that had been displayed. He called the battery and electrical guy that came and checked things out. Being part of AAA was quite nice because the battery replacement was the only thing that was out of pocket. Could I have saved a couple bucks going and getting

So 2 weeks ago I hit a pothole. The car started to veer to the right and wobble. Took it to the dealer for a scheduled recall and had them look at it. They performed an alignment and told me to get new tires and sent me on my way. The car is even worse!!!! Wobbly like a penguin! Bruce Drinkwater told me to come here. They were busy but somehow fit me in. The customer service was phenomenal!!! 45 minutes later I'm on my way with two new front tires for less than $150!!! I can safely say that Troy Auto Care has a costumer for life!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Shopping at Costco in Madison Heights, and while packing my items in the trunk, I set my purse and keys down... since I had not yet unlocked the doors, my Mini Cooper gave me a gratis "trunk lock" when I closed the trunk. Nice.

My husband's truck's battery died. I called AAA and they sent someone from this shop. Brian tested the battery, they noticed the battery was bad (which is interesting because we had another shop replace the battery last year..shame). He was very polite and nice.
