This shop stole the main catalytic converter off my Mitsubishi Eclipse, I had run it dry on oil and just needed a fill and check up. He overcharged me for pieces like a resonator and rear sway links that I didn't ask for. Not only that the parts listed as replaced are done so with the cheapest parts they could find and he stole one of the most expensive parts off my car. He told me my catalytic converter was going bad but it's not there anymore and the welds on my main pipes are ghastly. This shop essentially stole 1,200 off me, he way overcharged me for things I didn't ask for and

Very good service. Nalil is a really good man. This is a great place. Other places charge too much for service. But this mechanic does a good job at taking care of his customers. I will definitely come back and tell my family and friends about this place. Thank you N & N Auto. The best auto service in sterling heights and utica! I would give 100 stars if I can. The owner, Mr. Nail is very kind and honest. I brought my car in for preventive maintenance and he told me I dont need anything yet, although I told him anything he thinks I should fix, I will fix and bring business for his shop. Meanwhile, other place tried to get me pay $900 for something I dont need yet, just because I am a female who probably sound easy to be taken advantages.
I have few auto shops that I stick for a few years and I believe I will come back and recommend to my customers/family members this place. You guys should check out as well!!!!

Mr. Nabil the owner at N&N Auto Service is true 5 star guy. He was very punctual with updating me with diagnostics and methodically explained what was wrong and what to be done over the phone before starting with repair. And try to find the cost effective solition for me taking time even outside the business hours.
I have 2001 Toyota Sequoia had many little problems since I bought it real cheap; doors, electrical, fuel pump, etc. He took even the care for plastic parts falling apart.

I have been coming here for 3 years now. I'm a single woman with an older vehicle. That being said, car trouble is usually causes some stress. I have had numerous repairs done to both of my vehicles as well as routine maintenance here. Nabeel is a very good, kind and honest man. I would and do recommend N&N auto service to anyone. He is a very fair man and doesn't try and rebuild your whole vehicle... But if you need it to be, he can do that as well! In addition to the mechanical issues, he has also helped me out in some light body work which I am very pleased with.

A pretty good auto shop. Several of my friends all recommended this place to me as they treat my friends with honest. It is so annoying that some auto shop always try to fool you to replace more parts than you needed. The owner is friendly and pretty quick to get work done. The owner will drop you off to home/work if you need. The price is good too, the labor you pay is way less here than if you go to a dealer. I'm glad I finally find a trustworthy auto shop in my area.

Fast, affordable, honest, trustworthy car repair shop. I have 3 friends that come here and I gave it a shot. Nabill is a great guy who makes everything understandable. I was very pleased when I was treated like a normal person not hustled like every other shop seems to do. definitely my new go to repair shop.
