Had a great experience with Manuel in maintenance. He was wonderful helping with our dishwasher. He was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased!

Went through to check out the apartments and OMG so clean & gorgeous. So looking forward to moving in & calling it home. Encountered a very hardworking gentleman Manuel T. Wonderful place to live! I have lived here for the past year and have loved every minute of it. The area is WONDERFUL and very nice. The office staff are friendly and easy to work with when looking for an apartment and the maintenance people are so efficient that everything is always taken care of. I love my home and hope to live here for as long as I can! Thank you all, Arbor at Centerbrook!

Front desk is always informative and quickly responds with any of my questions & the maintenance staff is fast responding as well. I recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly , & respectful place to live. You won’t regret it ! Just the staff alone is awesome !

I have been living at Arbor at Centerbrook since September 2016. I love it here! The Property managers are very accommodating to your needs and concerns. They worked with everyone during the pandemic and during the freeze to help make it more comfortable to handle and to let us know we wasn’t in this alone. Maintenance is good as well when you put a work order in, it is completed in a timely fashion. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and the area is beautiful and quiet.

Looked online, saw availability. I called the office and the lady I spoke to explained that the property did have waitlist and how it worked. She also gave me her information to call later about future availability. This will be my first apartment on my own and I asked for advice. She was very helpful! I can understand why they have a waitlist, this property is nice and well taken care of. You also don’t find friendly staff at most places.

I have called this place a few time now. First they said they didn’t have anything available until next year mind you this was back in November. Something told me to look at their website again and I saw they had some available. So I called and their taking bout they get the people on the waiting list first which is understandable. What I don’t like is I have hit that contact us button multiple times and no answer. They didn’t even ask if I wanted to be on the waiting list. You shouldn’t be changing things online until all the people on your waiting list are served if you ask me that misleading
