I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years they were so nice and quite. It is so convenient to just have one bill to pay every month since it is an all inclusive property. The staff is awesome, and if there is any issues they address them immediately. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This is the best place to live in Kenedy. All bills are included and furnished with nicer furniture. The manager and maintenance know everyone and they keep they place well maintained. Washer and Dryer in the apartment makes life easier. Definitely would choose Park Place Landing over any other place in Kenedy or Karnes.
