Run the other direction! Worst move we ever made! Lots of issues right at move in! Pool was green and closed for weeks! Tons of mold in the a/c area which makes me wonder why my allergies got so bad after moving! Then we unexpectedly had to relocate due to my job not an uncommon thing every other apartment we have left we pay the lease break fee and move on. Here nope they said we have to pay the lease break fee and keep paying rent until rented out and “we have another unit we need to rent first” unless you can find someone to take over your lease. We scramble and find someone they go in to

Way over priced for the way they treat you. Was told my toddlers couldn’t behave their age during a pandemic were I can’t take them outside to burn off energy. When first moved in reported a rodent problem and was accused of being the one to bring them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ;and if I over hear people talking about moving in I’ll make sure to them to run far away

Nice apt, maintenance is great. Way over priced for being in Floresville and away from everything. If you owe a balance they keep adding to it by day, even if you have no idea you have one so gotta becareful. Last management great, new ones not so much. Great neighbors and maintenance is like the best thing here. Issac always gets everything fixed and done.
