They wouldn’t give my dog a refill of a medicine from less than two months ago without seeing him, I’m home six with covid and my two young children and can’t come in and they would rather get money than care for the welfare of a sick animal. I thought they cared about the animals rather than making money from their patients but today showed me this is not the case. It took over 12 hours to hear back from them and 4 phone calls to get a response from my message I had left.

It's usually very rare that I find a vet that owns the same bird as myself, but this vet knew so much about my bird and things I didn't even know about the species. I'm very grateful that I came here; they saw me right away, and with birds you can't afford to wait. I'm very grateful that they knew the severity of the possible issue and got me in straight away to have an appointment.

Both of our dogs have had wonderful care and treatment at The Shores. Our dogs have anxiety when visiting and the doctors and staff really help to our them at ease. The exam rooms are always clean and we'll maintained. I feel my wishes for my pet's care is considered when discussing vaccinations and procedures. There is ample parking, and the facility is close to the parking area.

One of our cat loved Dr. Behrens so much we follow her when she started this animal hospital many years ago. The staffs' love of animals are genuine. Our cats love them. One cat had long term issues and doctor helped tremendously along the way. During the visit, everything is explained to me clearly. I got to know options so I can made sound decisions. We continue to take our cat to see doctor there. I would recommend this to anyone.

They were able to treat and see my 18 yo cat in between appointments. He was unable to defecate, was vomiting after straining to and was clearly very uncomfortable. Due to holiday and his age, we decided it'd be best to bring him in instead of risking having to visit the emergency room. I'm so grateful they were able to fit him in. Nothing unnecessary was done and cost was very reasonable. Gabbie was so patient and answered all my questions leading up to the visit. Dr. Behrens was so thorough and suggested numerous supplements to avoid this in the future. In fact, every vet here really cares about
