My roommate and I just moved in, and the application and approval process was straightforward and hassle free. There were a few niggles with the apartment itself, but nothing that hasn’t been handled in a timely and efficient manner. The front desk agent who has been helping us, Tanya, has been an absolute blessing and nothing but friendly and helpful during our interactions so far, going well and truly out of her way to ensure our comfort and understanding. I dare say she’s one of the most genuinely friendly people I have ever had the joy of working with. Would absolutely recommend working

Nothing but issues for the last 3 years.
1. You can’t ever reach management except when Brey and Gail worked here
2. The neighbors are holy terrors, and if you complain nothing will be done about it.
2. Garbage is dripped all over the stairs and complaints are made but again no ones there to answer the phone and maintenance won’t clean it up.
3. Neighbors smoke on balconies even though it’s a non smoking property.
4. Did I emphasize that no one answers the phone when you call?
5. No complaints are ever handled.
6. you can’t complain to anyone because no one cares and e-mails aren’t

I have been at Wy'East pointe for about a year and some change. We have gone through quite a few managers. Recently new management was installed, and all I can say is that they have been nothing but absolutely fantastic.
Managing a complex this size during the COVID-19 pandemic I can only imagine has been hell. Everyone is home, everyone is frustrated, and a lot of people are broke. I have had some personal issues, health issues and issues with our neighbors.
Management here ( I believe their names are Christine and Karen sorry I'm spelling it wrong) have done nothing but be patient. They have

I'm not entirely sure what kind of experiences people have had in the past with Wy'East Pointe but I don't think their rating is justified on here. We had recently moved from Southern California and chose this apartment complex based on availability, price, and 3D Tours/Pictures. We hadn't visited in person and we we were a little hesitant. But we went for it.
We couldn't be any happier! The management team now, specifically the manager Justin, is super helpful, professional, and nice. The apartment was very clean and the maintenance team did a great job of making things look brand new. The price

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Go right across the street to The Monterey and thank me later! I had two separate leases here and both times I was not paid my deposit back, even when a leasing manager reached out to me and I have e-mail proof of her saying they need to send the check to me! I am looking into small claims court as we speak unless they decide to pay me back $1300, and if not I will gladly take $2600 through court! On a side note parking is horrendous, spots are too small and your car WILL get damaged. The walls are paper thin, maintenance is unresponsive, staff is rude and unprofessional, I could

In 14 months they went through 5 differant managers and even more maintanance. Frequent times without any regular management and all only part time. Maintanance workers are unqualified. I could go on and on like, our first apartment smelt so bad everyone would choke,it smelt of dead bodies. For eight months, they knew this before we moved in. We could not use the master bed and bath. When they let us move to another unit, they finally replaced the floor and sealed it. Moved us into a smaller apartment ant still charged us the same. When we moved in there was no parking available.all of thetheirmanagmentstaff

My fiancé and I moved here a few months back. The security deposit was a little bit high but let me say, 100% worth it! I've had nothing but good experiences with the management. They made my move in fast and easy. Even when I had paper work issues on my end. Everyone is so nice. Ive had two service orders for things that needed fixing and they handled it either the same day or the next. The Service workers are polite but more importantly do a GOOD job fixing things. They service the hot tub really well and make sure it's clean and in proper working order (this is my favorite because I use it

My sister once sent me a package, which was left at the front office. Because she put my nickname on the package, they said they didn’t know who it belonged to despite my address being on the label. It was there for MONTHS. Someone in the office opened it. I thought it had been lost in the mail, but months later I found out it was in the front office the entire time. When I asked which of them opened or why they didn’t return it to the sender, they acted as if they didn’t know anything. I’ve called the front office consistently about the noisy neighbors. Their response is that I should

We have only been here for a few months but we are very happy here. The apartments are quiet... which isn't something you'd normally have in a multi-story complex. We have had no problems with parking, neighbors or management. In fact, when we did have a minor issue in the very beginning, our maintanance gent was fast, efficient and friendly. Our apartment is on the top floor with a spiral staircase and a loft. Not only is it updated, but it feels like home. A far cry from where we'd moved from. So far, we love it here.

Charged for parking (and often the parking spot was parked in by other residents/visitors), tried to charge extra $25.00 per month for garbage because property couldn't manage waste receptacle, over charged for move out fees and kept 75% of deposit without disclosing all fees at time of move out notice. For what little was actually offered on the property premise these apartments are drastically over-priced.

UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY??!?
Wy'East Pointe is owned by Investment Management Development (IDM) and I would WARN YOU against ALL of their properties if THEY FOLLOW THE SAME THIEVERY MINDSET/MISSION-especially after reading the additional examples that appear very similar!!
After 23 years of renting and ALWAYS getting my deposit back, I'm shocked after paying for: a kitchen counter, extra carpet cleaning, a window screen, and a panel door.
The property manager will not directly speak with you or attempt to call you back even after

I lived there for two years. It was a nice place to live. The layouts are good. The balconies are how all apartments should be designed. Noise doesn't travel much between floors and walls unless your neighbor is especially loud. Neighbors complain about normal apartment life such as parking and the trash compactor, but it's not bad. I liked the location especially having a balcony facing south toward the field. They keep the complex looking attractive. The clubhouse amenities were reasonable.
In agreement with other reviews on the Internet, their standard practice for the deposit is surprising

Decent place to live at until you move out. They kept my $900 deposit and charged an addictional $600 when the only damage was one of the blinds were bent and the carpet needed a shampooing, nothing more than normal wear and tear and no damage to the carpet or walls. I think there was some scratch marks on a small section of the counter. When I tried to protest they blew me off and sent me to collections within 2 weeks, with no recourse but to pay it back just to be able to rent again. This was a couple years ago so hopefully their management changed but I would tread with caution.

James W. I feel your pain! The actual apartment is small but rent is a relatively good deal in comparison to other places for rent in this area, and the grounds are well kept. Having a really nasty neighbor that complained about absolutely everything probably soured my experience there somewhat, but what really got to me was the move out. I'm sure its customary to have the maintenance guy who lives on site do estimates on the damages and repairs needed to get the place back to looking like new, but I got a bill after moving out for hundreds of dollars with an estimate scribbled on a piece

This place has looking apartments, with somewhat reasonable rent, although the floorspace could be used a lot more efficently in my opinion. However, I have never been taken advantage of when it came to getting my deposit back in any place I have ever rented. On top of the $950 deposit we put down up front, they charged us an additional $1200. There was basically no damage, one of the blinds had been slightly damaged and the carpet needed to be shampooed but had no stains and this was after we had lived there for almost 2 and a half years. How they came up with over $2150 worth of damage is
