This is an amazing apartment complex. Obvious perks include the convenient location, the views, and the beautifully constructed building. Less obvious perks are swiftly realized once you move in, such as the amazing management staff, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the low key vibe in the complex as a whole, and how friendly your neighbors are. Even during a pandemic, where everyone is masked and socially distanced, this complex feels like a community. We are definitely enjoying our time here!

Had the pleasure of residing at Rediviva over the past year. Julian and the management team are outstanding. The building is well maintained, quiet and the tenants are pleasant. Walking distance to everything - great restaurants, shops, Farmer's Market and more. Great trails just outside your door and the lovely Columbia River make this truly like vacationing at home. Highly recommend!

Moved here 2 months ago after escaping Seattle and am glad I made the move. I had a lot of trepidation about living in a small town but am focused on finding a way to adapt my urban sensibilities to fit this neighborhood. I really like the location and am optimistic that the Vancouver Waterfront area is going to turn into a fantastic community. As restaurants reopen and the future development continues, I believe Vancouver has a lot to look forward to. I have found Atlas Management to be very responsive and fair.

Amazing property! Roof views are gorgeous. Quiet and low key vibe. Easy access to I-5 & WA-14. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, coffee houses and a weekly, seasonal farmer's market.
Apartment is spacious, has great fixtures / appliances and utilizes space very well. The building is small with only 63 units and has great amenities (Rooftop common area, gym, package hub, attached / secure parking garage, onsite storage units & bicycle storage).
The staff is great! Communication and professionalism are both absolutely excellent and a very welcome change from past experiences

I relocated from downtown Seattle 2 months ago and with each day that passes, I am more certain it was the right move. The management company here has a personal quality that I appreciate. People and circumstances are not one size fits all and they take that into account. I am happy with my apartment and the Vancouver Waterfront is going to be a great community once everything starts to normalize. I am excited for the Hotel Indigo to open and even more so for the El Gaucho steakhouse coming in 2021. Downtown Vancouver is turning into a nice little urban community with some fun restaurants, bars

We reserved a unit at the Rediviva but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our move. Melissa and her staff were very gracious in accommodating our needs. They displayed a degree of professionalism that I consider noteworthy and admirable. A special mention to Jordan for assisting us from the get-go.
