I been living here with my family for 4 years. I like the office staff very much. The manager is cleaning up the property and it's looking much better. I think this manager has lasted longer than other managers. Most managers last 6 months, this one has lasted longer. He's cleaning up this place. I notice that it's more quite at night, before it was loud and crazy. I hope he stays. We like him and we like the office girl too.

I've been living here for a few years and I just want to say that the Manager in charge is Awesome. He's polite, he listens and he gets things done. I've seen some horrible neighbors of mine have finally moved out and I'm sure he had something to do with them leaving, and that's one reason why we find him pretty cool. GET RID OF THE TRASH THAT LIVES HERE. And it's happening, finally a Manager that cares about us (residents). The property is cleaner, new flags on the poles, landscaping is great. We only renewed because of the office staff. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

DO NOT RENT! Was supposed to rent out a 2 bedroom at the end of June.. I went and looked at the place and there were ROACHES!!! Dead AND alive!!!!!!!! How disgusting! When I went to talk to one of the guys who worked in the office he said he supposedly wasn't aware of that, that they cleaned it very well which was bullsh*t because it looked like they've been there for days! I also realized when I first walked in the apartment smelled like cigarettes very badly. I tried to tell them I no longer wanted to rent out the 2 bedroom and he tried to get me to stay, offering cheaper rent or free

I've lived here for over 3 years and finally there is a manager in the office who actually cares about the residents who lives here. My work orders have been taken care of, he picks up the phone when calling the office. It's just a different atmosphere. Hopefully this one last longer than the last ones who were here before him.

Roach infestation that no one addressed. When I emailed with pictures attached of the bugs all around the apartment I never got a response or call back or even an answer when I tried to contact the leasing office. Our move in date got pushed back by almost. a week and my emails were never answered in a reasonable time frame. The apartment had damages, unsafe living conditions and major safety concerns with other residents. It was constantly loud with fights right outside our door and loud music blaring our windows. Rent is way too high for what you are receiving and they try to pose the apartments

Overall my girlfriend and I have enjoyed staying here. The proximity to both Vancouver and Portland is ideal. We have a small dog, and the community is dog friendly and they have large grass areas.
Rent is easy to pay online. The front office staff is nice. Emergency maintenance isn't really utilized well, we had plumbing issues and the "emergency maintenance line" called us 3 hours later and asked if someone fixed it. Mikayla took care of us well and made sure it was fixed.
The fitness center is not great whatsoever. People in the community are nice.

I was going to leave a positive review when I moved out because as far as apartment management and maintenance, they're not bad. But since I've moved out I've been sent bills for repairs that have not been explained even though I've called multiple times and a charge for utilities for the few days of the month that I lived there that's higher than any of the full month of utilities I paid. It seems like they just want to rip me off, so would not recommend.

Have woken up multiple times to remodeling work without notice on apartments next door, when confronting management about it, this woman tried to lie saying there was no remodeling going on and when I brought her to it she said that they're not legally required to give notice before, so they choose not to. Over priced and mantinence requests take over two weeks to get a response. Not renewing the lease and warning everyone that asks not to move here

I know on other sites they have management and employees writing false reviews. Whomever thinks this place is "quaint and lovely" is full of crap. I specifically remember these people have other people knock on ny door at 4am and park their vehicles in the street and blocking the entrance to go into those places. Theres dogshit everywhere, parc central does not take any notice to it. Or bother to clean it up or provide doggy bags or reprimand those who don't. THERE IS NO AMENETIES, the property is going broke. They stopped construction on the place. But yet continue to have "

I have lived here for 3 months and I really love it. It is close to the freeway, and I can get almost anywhere in the Portland/Vancouver area in about 20 minutes (minus traffic of course). Inside the apartment is lovely and quaint, all appliances are up to date and work well, and cabinetry, lights, floors and doors are pleasant colors/layout and rooms warm up quickly with the heaters (and private water heater, which I love! No cold showers!) The leasing agents are both super nice and helpful, and happily deal with me when I order a bunch of things online (they store my deliveries at the office
