I drove my car into knee-deep water where it stalled. With help it was immediately pushed back to part of the street above water. Trying to start it, at least one cylinder seemed to fire but the car would not start. For 3 weeks the car was in the street in sometimes hot weather but attempts to strat it always ended in exactly the same way.

I have been a loyal customer of JC Auto Repairs for over twenty years. I met John Casale when I brought in my old Volvo station wagon in 1994 because the lock in my glove compartment got jammed. John spent over an hour trying to open my glove compartment without doing any damage to the interior of car. The owner, John, is someone you can trust. He's a straight shooter. He runs a smooth operation. JC Auto Repairs has an excellent reputation in the area for being fair and doing quality work in a timely manner. They always do their best to accomadate my schedule. They are willing to pick me up and drop me off. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this place. I wouldn't waste my time writing this if it wasn't true.

I love this place. They have worked on all our family cars for ages but they go above and beyond and are so super nice. I had a freak accident happen to my Fiat, 3 days before my wedding and they were so flexible and accommodating to make things as easy on me as possible (as they always are) but this time it felt especially kind. They do such great work and are always fair with their prices. Go here if you are looking for a new place to take care of you car, you will be in amazing, caring hands...that I can promise you!

J.C Auto is one of the most ethical and most professional auto mechanic businesses I think exists anywhere! Over the last twenty years, John Casale and his staff have worked on my cars as well as my adult children's' automobiles and we have felt safer and more confident driving as a result of their workmanship. About a year ago, one of my daughter's who now lives in San Francisco and took her Toyota in for an estimate, called and asked if John could look over the suggested itemized list of repairs. My extended family has used the JC shop since 1978. 12 different drivers. Dozens of vehicles over the years. Litle jobs like inspections or programming a key fob. Big jobs - new engines, new transmissions, new dashboard. We have always been very happy. John truly cares about his customers. He makes it easy to do business with the shop. We are not sold stuff we don't need. This is not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for. JC is worth every penny.

Whenever I take any of my vehicles in for repair or maintenance, I know that when I leave there my car is going to be reliable. My wife and daughter drive the cars and I know that they are safe from mechanical failure. They do a complete inspection of your car when it goes in for servicing.

I have been using JC for just the last 2 years. They are the best to deal with and always treat me and family well. I brought my car in to get fix after bringing it to other shops. They were able to fix the quick and at a fair price. I was so happy with the service I received I started telling my neighbors and friend to go to JC to get there car fix. To my surprise most of them were already going there. So if you are looking for a good repair shop go to JC.

Terrible experience. Went there for a simple repair. Got a call from the owner, John, who told me the car needed to stay longer. He was EXTREMELY rude for no apparent reason. Told me I showed up a day late for my appointment which was incorrect. I changed my appointment with the women who works there but I guess she never told anyone. No reason for an owner to treat customers this way. My husband went to pick up the car at 5:15 and it still wasn't ready. Car was there from 8:30 am. Worst service.

I have been to several mechanics for my Land Rover, including two Land Rover specialty shops, and none approach the professionalism of JC Auto. They are the best mechanics I have ever dealt with.
I do wish that they would accept parts I buy instead of having to pay markup on the parts they supply for the repair, but I understand that that is what many shops do to remain profitable and maintain quality. Overall though, if I can't fix it on my own, it goes to JC Auto.

The folks at JC Auto are terrific. I have had them service a 2002 Saab, a 2002 BMW and a 2006 Volvo. They are much more responsive than the local dealership service centers for all three of those brands and, for post-warranty repair, dramatically less expensive. They never double-bill for time (a perennial problem at the official dealerships when I had multiple repairs done on one visit), their rates are reasonable and they have a very good sense of what repairs are worth taking care of right away and which should be deferred.
