Horrible care. Very unprofessional hygienist who had no patience with my 3 year old son who was very nervous during our second visit. She was very rude and gave up on us and walked out when my son was scared to sit in the chair. They claim to be a “pediatric” dentistry, but have NO CLUE how to work with kids!! Would never recommend this dentist office!!

TLDR; Dr. Nassiri was aware of my deep bite, but still began my Invisalign treatment. This has led me to now have TMJ disorder.
I began my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Nassiri in Jan 2018. He recommended Invisalign because my bite was too deep for metal braces. This detail is important. The Invisalign treatment went well, in fact, I even received an upfront discount. During the latter half of my treatment, I noticed a ringing in my right ear while I ate. This is a TMJ disorder symptom, which should have been paid more attention to. I mentioned this to Dr. Nassiri, and he said it wasn't

Dr Nassiri was willing to adapt the treatment plan to our preferences. He is thorough and detail oriented. Always chatty, he enjoys explaining each step of the process. Sometimes the office is quite busy, which can extend appointment durations. I have two children in his practice, and am confident in getting good results.

We have been going to Solano Smiles for 3 years. We are amazed at what Dr Nassiri has been able to do with my daughter's teeth. She had a tooth stuck up near her nose which he wasn't sure was going to come down into place. He put a plan together and worked his magic to get the stubborn tooth down. He's kind, patient and knowledgeable. My other daughter already had one round of braces with an orthodontist from another state where we lived before. He said he could tweak here and there but that she didn't need braces. So he's trustworthy as well. I would highly recommend

The best pediatric orthodontist office, period.
Dr Nassiri and his staff are the masters when it comes to kids dental care. Amazing, I was even able to record my 3 years old daughter having her teeth flossed! The dental hygienist was very gentle, caring, and entertaining.
The office is welcoming, beautifully decorated with colorful animal figurines. Cool

What an amazing office and staff! I have taken my step kids to the Benicia office and saw Dr Nassiri, and yesterday took them to Albany and met Dr Heydari! Have to say they are 2 of the top dentist's especially when it comes to kids. No one likes going to the dentist and they make it fun with Balloons and Toys after the appointments! If there were dentist's like them for adults, I'm sure more people would love going to the dentist as much as my step kids do now. Plus the added benefit of having a one stop shop, for all their needs. They are pediatric, orthodontist, and they even

Visiting Solano Smile was, unfortunately, a waste of time.
I made an appointment for my child to be seen by Dr. Heydari at 9 am on a Monday. I made it clear when making the appointment how old my child is (22 months) and that it was her first dental appointment.
We arrived on time and I filled out a few standard forms. We waited for about 15 minutes and I went up to the receptionist to ask when we'd be taken back to see the dentist. She told me the assistant was stuck in traffic and would be in shortly.
At 9:35, my toddler was out of patience, which I totally understood; such young children

I was trying to get the appointment for my daughter over the phone but the person who answer didn't sound like she want my business there.
My friend recommended me to come see her children's dentist here. I was so disappointed that the receptionist was not welcome and do not willing to help.
I will have to try somewhere else.

What is this sorcery?
My kids ... They are fabulous kids, but brave? Brave they are not. Trips to our kind and gentle doctor were too often occasions for fear, loathing, and las hysterics, so I put off their first dental appointments for, well, I won't say how long, because what if CPS reads Yelp?
Anyway, this place was on our insurance, and the kids HAD to see a dentist in order to go to school, so finally I steeled my soul, made the appointment, and made my husband take them. "So great!" he texted me. "Girls super brave!"
