We absolutely love Dr. Gapay & his team! They are incredibly friendly & caring. Also they do excellent & thorough work on our teeth. Even though we moved from the area we still drive back because we have such great appreciation for Gapay & the crew. It’s worth it! Also they care for people in other countries who need dental care which shows their kindness & compassion...

I was treated for gum sensitivity off and on for a year. I actually needed a root canal. This dentist was aware of the a small crack in the same tooth. I went through painful swelling and received antibiotics in the ER. I had to pay for the root canal out of pocket because my insurance was exhausted having to deal with back and forth visits and seeing specialists .After getting the root canal the specialist recommend a cap right away. This dentist gave me a filling knowing that the crack was still there. As of today after seaking a second opinion because the same tooth is still giving me trouble

Benecia Dental Care was outstanding! From the first phone call when I scheduled my appointment to the day of the treatment. The Dr. And his staff did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and welcomed. It was not your typical double booked appointment as most Dentists do. They took their time and completely focused on me. GREAT JOB!!

Dr. Gapay and all the staff at Benicia Dental Care are amazing. They are always courteous and professional. My children have been patients of Dr.Gapay's for several years. They actually look forward to their dental appointments! He does not push unnecessary treatments, provides helpful information and has a really great bedside manner with children.

What can I say, other than Dr. Gapay is the best dentist you will find! He has a wonderful bedside manner and he makes you feel at ease. The minute he comes in the room you can see his dedication towards his work without pretension. He is gentle, informative, honest, and doesn't push you into anything, he just tells you the facts, with options, and leaves it up to you to make any decisions.
The most important thing to me is when working on you he explains everything along the way, so you know exactly what he is doing, with no surprises later.

It's hard to find an honest, friendly dentist with great employee's! We drive about 45 minutes and pay toll just for Dr. Gapay .. before this, we tried and used 5 different dentist and my kids seems uncomfortable with them all, even a popular family dentist in Pinole who's staff are simply kids unfriendly ..

I just love Dr. Gapay he is awesome from his soothing voice when he working on You So that you don't get anxiety. I have white coat syndrome and he knows that he has been my Dentist for over 5 years I come all the way from Oakland to Benicia. Thank you Dr. Gapay for all that you do for me as your patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gapay's four almost 5 years.
He has a soothing bedside manner and never leaves you in the dark to worry or guess but explains it what he is doing while he's doing it. He is very accomodating with his scheduling and will always see you soon in an emergency. I appreciate that, plus the fact that he is honest, respectful and fair. Does not try to gouge you for more services. Highly recommend him.

If you're looking for a honest dentist with integrity...or just need a second opinion go see Dr. Gapay. Unlike other dentists, they will fix everything in your mouth just to get more money...not Dr.Gapay. He will ONLY fix what is necessary and throughouly explains what he's fixing and why. I've been going to this office for over 10 years and NEVER had a bad experience. Even when I chipped my tooth the day before Christmas, Dr. Gapay made time to fix my tooth. The service here is great starting from the receptionists that will ALWAYS greet you to the dentist. They even have espresso
