Just wow! When we were let down by our original lender I spoke to Ben at Griffin Funding, I did not think at the time he would be able to get the deal done. I threw a million questions at him and he answered them all! He told me it was possible to get the deal done, and I was skeptical due to my past experience with another lender. I worked with Sam Tebay and Christine Williams to refinance my home and they were both incredible. I wasn’t sure that a refinance was within reach and didn’t have good luck with a different lender but Sam was so proactive and encouraging that they would do everything possible to get me a lower interest rate and they absolutely followed through and made everything so easy throughout the process. I have done a lot of dumb thing since being discharged from active duty, first was not getting a VA loan, second was not applying for service related compensation, which was 48 years worth. A lot of money. Finally a smart thing was to use Griffin to finally refinance our third home. The team did a great job, but it's a mountain of paperwork for sure. Completed the process today, obtained a great rate, especially since they are climbing up again and we'll start enjoying the benefits of almost immediately. I heard from all the top mortgage companies but Griffin Funding was the first and the best. Many of the others sounded like used car salesmen. Griffith was very professional and interested in what I wanted in my re-finance. Ben Nelson (my loan officer) asked all the key questions necessary to start my refinancing. He suggested the VA loan that I would be qualified for and provide me the lowest rate possible. His direct report (Guy Troxler) reviewed & approved everything. I was able to get a 2.0% 30 year fixed loan!

We have used Griffin Funding for our last VA refinances. I would not use anyone else. The company is extremely knowledgeable, quick, on top of everything and we did not have to worry about constant follow up. I have to commend Shayda and Sarah Howell on taking the ball and running with it. I ended up in the hospital during this last refi and they did everything to accommodate me to get our loan documents signed and loan funded within our loan lock. Which was no small feat under the Covid circumstances. Hats off to Griffin and these wonderful women!

During our refinance the team at Griffin was very quick and helpful! We even recommended to our friends! Chloe Shubin handled a couple of our concerns with such a quick turnaround and she kept us posted. Matt & Dani are also great! Great Team! We did have a couple situations where our property taxes weren't properly taken care of as well as our home insurance so just be aware and on top of that! Just triple check it was shifted properly.

I really enjoyed working with the team at Griffin Funding on my recent VA IRRRL (VA loan refinance). They provided me with a great rate and from the moment we made contact until the loan closed it was about 3 total weeks.
The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars was the title company selected by Griffin for us to use (Fidelity National). That was a $hiT show of a company to work with. But, the team at Griffin worked with us to help make sure the loan closed on time, as promised, and we are ultimately happy for the outcome.

Great experience with Griffin Funding right from the very start. Of course, I made the mistake of putting my interest into one of those 'hey, are you looking to refinance' sites, and INSTANTLY my phone began to ring. Griffin was actually the second to call, but Charlie was came across as highly professional, so I asked him to offer me a competitive quote to the first company. He came back very quickly with a more competitive quote than the first company, so I chose to try Griffin out.
