Best in the business! I've recently used Beau and the Transparent team to close my first home along with our refinance. Going through these transactions for the first time can be a nerve-racking situation but the team made it seamless. I enjoyed the personal touch I experienced which each team member that tends to get lost with large scale companies.

The entire Transparent Mortgage team is phenomenal! I have done a home loan and 2 refinances with them in the past 2 years. I definitely recommend Transparent Mortgage. My husband and I were in the process of buying a house thinking we had our lender figured out, pre-approval and all. When our offer on the house was accepted, our lender sent us documents with an interest rate way higher than we were expecting and didn't even give us a good explanation why it was so high. All responses were given without hesitation and thoroughly addressed each question. It was a startling conversation because of the candor with which I was treated.

Best mortgage broker I've ever had the pleasure to work with! We had done our purchase loan and refinance with TPM. Beau was very patient and thorough at explaining the process. He called when he said he would, fully "transparent" with the process and info. He found us the best terms and loan amount, no games, just the best deal. We worked with Danica during the closing, she was so detail-oriented and excellent at keeping us in the loop with daily updates. Best mortgage broker I've ever had the pleasure to work with! This time Beau called us up and told us about the fantastic refinance opportunity. We weren't checking the interest rate market regularly, so without Beau, we would have missed a significant amount of savings. Again, he offered the best rate, no games.
Be aware of other online brokers who would quote you a low rate but couldn't deliver once the process starts. I had an awful experience with a Costco broker before who baited and switched, then stopped communicating. It took almost 3 months to close...

This review is waaaaay late... I closed my refi with Beau and his team and the process went PERFECT.
