This office is amazing. Got 2 boys in braces in on the same day. We received a family discount and another discount for applying on the same day. We were told our son would need his tonsils/adnoids removed by another Orthodontist and they referred us to an ENT before they would even touch him (I got a shady vibe from that). She was like no, not at all. They have a speedy response time, are always helpful and professional, and Dr. Lepley is so awesome. My kids love going there!

I cannot capture the exceedingly perfect customer service I was provided with Dr. Lepley and her terrific staff. I’d like to make an especial mention to the rockstar, Karmen (90% sure I misspelled her name)… Karmen has gone to lengths unimaginable to ensure I was taken care of, on the insurance side of things. I had several complications in regard to my insurance situation, and every step of the way was amazing Karmen, always seeing to the fact that I was taken care of.

My experience has been… in a word… incredible. From the front receptionist to Dr. Lepleys assistants to the outstanding insurance division, I have had complications that they have accommodated me perfectly. I recommend Dr. Lepley and her great team to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

The absolute best orthodontist in Texas. Her attention to detail and the immensely personal nature of her treatment puts her far above any other practice in Dallas. We straight up missed a couple appointments but they were super flexible in squeezing us in as a makeup appointment. She accommodated us for an emergency bracket replacement that put as at such ease as first time braces parents. She thoroughly explains the entire process and her thought process from a long term perspective. We genuinely appreciate her as well as her amazing staff. Dr. Lepley is the absolute BEST! My kiddos have been seeing her since my oldest was put in braces about 4 years ago. She has a kind, joyful spirit that brightens our day each time we visit. Most of all, I admire Dr. Lepley's servant heart; she truly wants to help her patients. Dr. Lepley provides her full attention to us and ensures that we understand and agree with her treatment plan. I have noticed that Dr. Lepley makes it a point to remember and ask her patients about the details of their lives (sports, activities, groups, etc). Dr. Lepley and her staff are the BEST of the BEST! All 4 of my children have seen her for orthodontic treatments and I plan to become her patient in the near future as well. She is warm, friendly, attentive, thorough and honest. My children have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and she gives 100% of her time and attention during each and every visit. My experience both in person and over the phone has been superb! I give her office the highest of recommendations. I would not trust my orthodontic care to anyone else!

Of course Dr. Lepley has 5.0 stars. I cannot imagine anyone finding anything negative to say about this practice or Dr. Lepley. She is simply the best orthodontist in the area. I have five children and have had my share of dental and orthodontist appointments. Unfortunately we met Dr. Lepley for our youngest son and not for our oldest. But thankfully we finally found her!

I was referred to Dr. Lepley by my dentist. The whole experience was wonderful and to be honest, I'm going to miss going in to see them now that my teeth are perfect. The staff makes you feel like family and Dr. Lepley does a superb job making sure you are happy with your progress all the way through to the results.
