I never intended to be a teacher, but the path chose me. An avid athlete since childhood, yoga and group fitness classes were initially a way for me to disconnect from my body and escape my current reality. I needed my mind to be quiet, and I wasn't willing to address what was happening in my body, it was too painful, scary and unknown.
Classes and Packages can be purchased online, over the phone, and in person. To book fitness classes online, visit Origin's class schedule and select a class. We offer Yoga, Barre Fitness, Pilates & Bootcamp classes. Every class focuses on alignment & functional movement, creating a safe and challenging workout. Plus we have a lot of fun while we're at it! A powerful full body workout that combines light hand weights with yoga postures to increase strength, improve flexibility, and build endurance.

There are so many things I like about Origin. The classes are original, challenging, never boring, and give you a great workout. Nicole, the owner and instructor, gives excellent verbal cues so that you are able to self-correct to the proper form. This makes the workouts safe, effective, and fun. Most importantly, I look forward to the classes at Origin, I feel great during classes, I feel challenged and Nicole has enabled me to gain strength and confidence in my athletic abilities. I would highly recommend all of the classes at Origin!

This studio is awesome! Nicole has done a tremendous job bringing her vision to life. The class sizes are small and the offerings are diverse and for all levels. There's something for everyone. Barre, pilates, yoga, yoga with weights, boot camps. Nicole mixes things up every day and for every class. Her attention to detail and form are what set this studio apart from some of the other larger gyms in the area which means your chance of injuring yourself are much smaller because she'll guide you through the movements and make sure your form is correct. I really like the Barre Fitness classes Origin offers. It’s a full mind-body experience that also lets me break a sweat - without the risk of injury or lightheaded exhaustion. I use Barre Fitness and Yoga to help improve my Olympic weightlifting. Origin’s structured classes are well rounded for the entire body with a strong focus on core strength and stability… this helps me improve mobility and strengthen the stabilizing muscles I neglect powerlifting (it’s also great for abs :o) Having torn labrum in both my hips, functional injury prevention is very important to me. The best barre class around – bar none!
Nicole’s barre classes are truly in a class of their own. Classes are physically challenging while at the same time being accessible to all. Nicole’s instructions are precise and easy to follow, and by the end of class, your entire body will have received an excellent workout. If you take a couple of classes per week, you will see and feel dramatic changes in your body. And this all happens in a supportive environment – welcoming, non-competitive, and encouraging. Absolutely LOVE these classes! I am a wellness professional myself and am still always blown away by Nicole's knowledge of the human body in all capacities. (mind, body & spirit) She truly has a perfect balance of challenging you while supporting and meeting you where you are and encouraging you to keep going. For me, because of my achy knees, ankles, and back, Origin House of Fitness offers a sustainable and effective way of getting a full body workout without the harsh wear and tear on my joints. There are always modifications offered for any of the exercises I am uncomfortable with so classes
