Do I need any experience? Nope! You will learn everything you need to know in our classes. And keep in mind, we all had to begin with level 1;- Also, take advantage of any of our all levels fitness classes as they will make a huge difference in getting stronger and ready for the next level! WOOT! But you're about to get some real fast!
GROUP CLASSES at lime light, simply put, are a fun-filled way to get fit! Here, workouts seem to always be over too fast and you're actually looking forward to the next one, which often is the very next class! With our small class sizes, you will get plenty of personalized attention resulting in goals=achieved!

The intro package of $55 for 5 classes on their website is a great deal and a good way to try out all the different classes. This is a cute studio with small class sizes which is great for getting more help from the instructor. It's easy to book the classes online and in advance once you are signed into the scheduling program. Kim is a great instructor. I really appreciate that this business offers class packages in addition to monthly memberships as I travel a lot for work. When I was looking for a new athletic hobby, I noticed a lot of the dance/fitness/martial arts/gym business in town only

Kim was an excellent instructor! This was the first time for all of my friends and I (except one) taking a pole dancing class, and I am sure all of us want to come back to learn more! We had a blast and it was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

I've been a dancer my whole life and have tried various dance studios over the years. Lime Light Fitness is one of my favorite studios to dance in. The teachers and students are welcoming and knowledgeable. The class times work perfectly with my schedule. I am excited to continue learning and growing at this studio as a dancer.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!
I have gone to a pole dancing class and an aerial fitness class, loved them both!
I am not a super fit person and I had trouble doing even the most basic moves, the teacher was super nice and had versions of the moves I could try!
Totally worth it and gives you an amazing experience!!
