I am a counselor specializing in working with children of all ages! My work focuses on empowering children, tweens, and teens by fostering healthy emotional regulation and family relationships. I am passionate about thinking of the need for mental health, not as an emergency or as a crisis only occasion, but as a rational way of living a well-rounded, healthy life.
I graduated from Regis University in 2012 with a master's in Community Counseling and a certification in Counseling Youth and Adolescents. Later that year, I completed a certificate in Transpersonal Counseling- a Jungian way of thinking about mental health. I believe my work not only includes seeing clients, but also through presentations, advocacy and encouraging others in my field to find their voice and speak on behalf of mental health.

Play therapy is a model of working with children using specific trained therapists, toys and space facilitating the emotional well being of children.

I've known Kathryn Raley for years and have always been impressed with her compassion and respect for meeting individuals at where they are at that point in their lives. She has a fantastic play therapy room that I would be happy to play in myself! I highly recommend her for play therapy and general counseling services.
