I just want to say we received top notch service from the phone call, when walked in and at our consultation. I would say hands down the my daughter felt so comfortable immediately and Dr Foster as well as Ruthie was very informative and talked to my daughter and thoroughly answered her questions as well as mine and took the time to explain everything. My daughter left excited and can't wait to get her braces on.

Having braces is never easy, and it's even harder when you're a non-traditional patient, but the team at Butterfly Ortho makes is so much easier! Dr. Foster is careful, intelligent, and extremely detail-oriented (which is exactly what you want in an orthodontist)! The team is friendly, helpful, and always so accommodating. First off "Thank You" Dr.Foster and Staff. They are professional, however they have mastered an energy of being light hearted, happy and fun. It's not the most fun thing to do or spend your money on. But there's value in the experience and the fabulous results, a smile you can smile about.
They are available for emergencies (which we seemed to use a lot lol). And they have long days and multiple days to choose from. Our first daughters ortho was only open mon-wed ( I didn't know to ask the hours of operation).

I LOVE the Butterfly Ortho team!! It was always seriously such a fun time in their office every single visit I had! All the employees are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable, and Dr. Foster is amazing at what he does! Not only do they make you feel so full of joy just by sitting in their chairs but they do an amazing job at perfecting your smile and go above and beyond to ensure the BEST results!! We first came to Butterfly Orthodontics with our oldest daughter when she was 11. She felt comfortable with the staff and Dr. Jones at that time, but shortly after she got her braces on Dr. Foster became her orthodontist. He is great with kids! My daughter loved that he was friendly and we love that he is great at what he does! During her 7th & 8th grade she was voted by her classmates as "Best Smile"! For both my son and daughter we used Butterfly Orthodontics. Everyone here is wonderful. My son needed some pretty extensive work done. We were informed if the plan from the beginning and a timeline. My son has been seeing Dr. Foster for the past 5 years and just got his braces removed.
The entire team at Butterfly Orthodontics has been nothing but welcoming and helpful through his entire journey. Anytime he broke a wire, they were quick to get him in and always were so pleasant.
Dr. Foster took great care of my son and made sure that the chosen treatment plan would result in the least amount of discomfort as possible with the least amount of teeth needing to be pulled. I'm extremely happy with the results.

So I usually only review food (I don't need to explain why food is amazing) but this place! The staff here are so perfect! They all are super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process of fixing my teeth easy and comfortable. I started my treatment at Butterfly Orthodontics back in September 2017 and Dr. Foster and his team were so amazing every step of the way. Everyone is so friendly and so professional and the atmosphere is always so fun.
My teeth were probably my biggest insecurity so the end result was totally worth the 3.5 year process. Dr. Foster did such a great job!! I am so happy with the result and I can't stop smiling. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Dr. Foster and his team provided me with great care and a wonderful orthodontic experience. This was my third time around with braces, and I needed my treatment done in time for my wedding. Dr. Foster was very helpful and flexible in removing my braces for my big day. I was able to smile with much confidence and no worries all day long at my wedding. I continued treatment afterwards and am very pleased with the results. Thank you so much again Dr. Foster and team for taking care of me! I have had one child start and complete treatment here before COVID-19. The second child began treatment during the pandemic. The office posts notices and sends emails about COVID-19 precautions.

I expressed concern to staff about a woman in the treatment area, waiting for someone, she was wearing a mask that was mesh (like a laundry bag for delicates), providing no protection (for herself or anyone else). Staff allowed her to stay in the treatment area one chair away from my child who was prone with her mouth wide open

My experience with Butterfly Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing! This was my 2nd time wearing braces (I had them for 4 years in high school) and Dr. Foster and his team did an incredible job in giving me back my smile within a little over 12 months. Due to my upper permanent retainer breaking off on one side, my teeth shifted dramatically, I had gaps again and also a very annoying cross bite. Dr. Foster and his team always made every appointment experience enjoyable. The staff are always friendly and Dr. Foster is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to orthodontics. I definitely listened

So if you're looking for an amazing Orthodontist and staff, this is the place!!! From the very beginning of my treatment plan to the celebration of getting my braces off, this was a great experience! They offer in house financing which made it absolutely reasonable for both my daughter and I to get treatment. The courtesy, service and pride they extend to their patients is noticeable from the very beginning to end! Absolutely Love Dr. Foster and his employees!
